Abstract
Stres adalah respon alami manusia terhadap tekanan ketika dihadapkan dengan tantangan dan terkadang situasi yang berbahaya. Bukti neurobiologis saat ini menunjukkan bahwa Heart Rate Variability (HRV) yang diperoleh dari sinyal electrocardiogram (ECG) dipengaruhi oleh stres dan mendukung penggunaannya untuk penilaian objektif kesehatan psikologis dan stres. Pengambilan sinyal ECG dan analisis metrik HRV saat ini masih menggunakan sistem yang berbeda dan belum terintegrasi. Untuk itu dibuatlah sistem pengukur tingkat stres berbasis android yang dapat mengambil sinyal ECG secara wireless dan dapat mengetahui hasil analisis metrik HRV secara langsung. Sistem yang telah dibangun menggunakan 3 sistem yang terintegrasi yaitu sistem mobile (android), sistem ESP8266 (mikrokontroler), dan sistem webserver. Menggunakan metode validasi NASA TLX, pengukuran tingkat stres dengan analisa metrik HRV berhasil mengklasifikasikan 7 dari 10 responden atau memiliki performa akurasi sebesar 70%.

Stress is a natural human response to stress when faced with challenges and sometimes dangerous situations. Current neurobiological evidence shows that Heart Rate Variability (HRV) obtained from electrocardiogram (ECG) signals is influenced by stress and supports its use for objective assessment of psychological health and stress. ECG signal retrieval and HRV metric analysis currently still use different systems and are not yet integrated. For this reason an Android-based stress level measurement system was created that can take ECG signals wirelessly and can find out the results of HRV metrics analysis directly. The system has been built using 3 integrated systems, the mobile system (android), the ESP8266 system (microcontroller), and the webserver system. Using the NASA TLX validation method, measuring stress levels with HRV metric analysis successfully classified 7 out of 10 respondents or has a performance accuracy of 70%.
