Abstract

Divisi Government and Enterprise Service (GES) merupakan divisi yang bekerja sebagai penyedia barang dan jasa untuk kebutuhan pelanggan PT Telkom. GES masih menggunakan sistem yang manual untuk melakukan perhitungan dan penimbangan dalam mengajukan suatu proyek. Tentunya, dengan tidak adanya sistem yang dapat memonitor serta melakukan standardisasi nilai margin yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan akan menaikkan kemungkinan untuk GES gagal mendapatkan proyek (atau yang biasa disebut dengan vendor). Pada penelitian sebelumnya, sudah ada sistem yang mencakup pengajuan justifikasi (menyimpan data P0 dan P1), namun belum ada proses secara keseluruhan untuk memonitor pengajuan justifikasi dengan baik. Maka dari itu, solusi yang ditawarkan adalah membuat sistem informasi rekomendasi persetujuan pengajuan justifikasi berbasis web. Perancangan sistem informasi berbasis web ini berfokus pada dapat memberi rekomendasi kepada Sales Engineer dalam proses pembuatan keputusan apakah suatu proyek layak diajukan agar proyek yang diusulkan nantinya dapat memenangkan tender. Dalam penelitian ini, aplikasi dapat memproses pembuatan laporan pengajuan justifikasi 3 kali lebih cepat dari pada sistem yang terdahulu. Aplikasi terbukti dapat membantu Sales Engineer untuk membuat keputusan persetujuan pegajuan justifikasi dengan benar. Serta seluruh karyawan dapat memonitor proyek yang sedang berjalan dengan adanya pengingat tenggat waktu pada aplikasi Bot Telegram.

The Government and Enterprise Service (GES) Division is a division that works as a provider of goods and services for the needs of PT Telkom customers. GES still uses a manual system to calculate and weigh in applying for a project. Of course, in the absence of a system that can monitor and standardize margin values that are in accordance with the needs, it will increase the likelihood of GES failing to get a project (or what is commonly referred to as a vendor). In previous studies, there was already a system that included the submission of justifications (storing data P0 and P1), but there was no overall process to monitor the submission of justifications properly. Therefore, the solution offered is to make an information system recommendation for approval of web-based justification. This web-based information system design focuses on being able to give recommendations to Sales Engineers in the decision-making process whether a project is feasible to be submitted so that the proposed project can later win the tender. In this study, the application can process the making of a justification submission report 3 times faster than the previous system. The application is proven to be able to help Sales Engineers to make informed consent decisions. And all employees can monitor ongoing projects with reminders of deadlines on the Telegram Bot application.
