Abstract
Survei Kondisi Appraisal adalah survei yang dilakukan untuk memberikan penilaian
terhadap suatu properti, dalam bahasan ini properti yang dimaksud adalah kapal. Setelah
kapal selesai dilakukan survei kondisi, pihak surveyor akan memberikan sebuah laporan
kepada calon pembeli. Laporan ini berisi tentang catatan seluruh kegiatan dan pekerjaan yang
telah dilakukan serta data-data terkait kondisi kapal saat survei dimulai sampai selesai.
Laporan ini dalam bentuk buku laporan. Seiring perkembangan teknologi komputerisasi,
maka diperlukan perancangan sebuah sistem informasi manajemen yang membantu dalam
menyimpan seluruh catatan survei kondisi dengan lebih sistematis dan ringkas. Pada
penelitian ini telah dirancang sebuah program berbasis online via web yang dapat digunakan
untuk menyimpan data-data hasil survei menjadi lebih praktis dan efisien. Program ini
menghasilkan output berupa kondisi dan harga kapal bekas saat ini, sehingga dapat membantu
calon pembeli untuk melakukan pertimbangan dalam pembelian kapal, memperkirakan
berbagai macam pekerjaan yang harus dilakukan agar kapal sesuai dengan kriteria yang
diinginkan. Perkiraan dapat dilakukan dengan melihat hasil survei serta rekomendasi yang
diberikan oleh surveyor setelah menggunakan program ini.

Appraisal Condition Survey is a survey conducted to provide an assessment of a
property, in this discussion the property is a vessel. After completion of the survey vessel
conditions, the surveyor will provide a report to prospective some buyers. This report contains
a record of all activities and work that has been done and the data regarding the condition of
the vessel when the survey began until complete. The report is in the form of a book report.
Along with the development of computerized technology, it is necessary to design a
management information system that helps storing all records with a more systematic survey
of the condition and concise. This study has been designed via an online web -based program
that can be used to store survey data, it becomes more practical and efficient . This program
produce output of the condition and the current secondhand vessel prices, so that may help
prospective buyers to make a purchase consideration of the ship, estimating various kinds of
work to do in order to ship according to desired criteria. Estimates can be done by looking at
the survey results and recommendations provided by surveyor after using this program.
