Abstract

Semakin bertambahnya permintaan perjalanan antara Jakarta-Surabaya, maka diperlukan pembangunan kereta api cepat sebagai salah satu upaya untuk peningkatan peran kereta api sebagai komplemen sistem transportasi darat guna memenuhi permintaan perjalanan tersebut. Pembangunan kereta api cepat juga berpotensi untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah secara ekonomi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Metode yang digunakan dalam Tugas Akhir ini adalah mengumpulkan data sekunder, yang dilanjutkan dengan merencanakan 3 alternatif trase yang kemudian dipilih satu yang paling efisien dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria menggunakan perhitungan multy criteria analysis. Trase tersebut akan digunakan untuk perancangan jalan rel dengan 2 jalur (double track) yang meliputi desain geomterik dan struktur jalan rel berdasarkan pada peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No. 60 Tahun 2012, dan peraturan lainnya yang berkaitan dengan perancangan jalan kereta api cepat. Dari hasil analisis perhitungan, didapatkan hasil berupa trase terpilih yaitu trase 2 dengan total nilai sebesar 279,00. Dalam perhitungan geometrik didapatkan panjang jalur 86,430 km, dan didesain dengan kecepatan rencana 300 km/jam menggunakan lengkung horizontal S-C-S dengan jari jari 4900 m, dan panjang lengkung peralihan 450 m. Untuk analisis konstruksi jalur kereta api cepat segmen Surabaya-Bojonegoro pada koridor Jakata-Surabaya menggunakan lebar rel 1435 mm tipe UIC R60, tebal balas 0,38 m dan sub balas 0,27 m, serta menggunakan bantalan beton setiap 600 mm dengan penambat elastis ganda E-Clip. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) yang dibutuhkan untuk pembangunan jalur kereta api cepat segmen Surabaya-Bojonegoro pada koridor Jakarta-Surabaya adalah sebesar Rp. 2.179.980.121.000.

The demand is increasing for the travel between Jakarta-Surabaya, it is necessary to develop high speed train as one of the efforts to increase the role of the train as a complement to the transportation system to fulfill the travel demand. High speed train construction also has the potential to increase directly or indirectly the economic value. The method that used in this Final Project is to collect secondary data, then designing 3 alternative track which are then selected the most efficient one by considering several criteria using the calculation of multy criteria analysis. The track will be used to design a railway with double tracks to covering geometric design and railway structure based on The Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 60 of 2012, and other regulations that relating to the design of high speed railways. The results of the analysis calculations, obtained the form of selected track are second alternative track with 279,00. Value based on multy criteria analysis. On the geometric calculation, obtained 86.430 km of path length, and it has 300 km/h speed design with the horizontal curvature type of Spiral-Curve-Spiral with 4900 m radius, and the transitional arch length is 450 m. For the analysis of The Construction of High Speed Train Jakata-Surabaya Corridor Section Surabaya-Bojonegoro is using 1435mm rail width and UIC R60 type, 0.38m ballast and 0.27 m sub ballast thickness, and also using concrete bearings every 600 mm with double elastic fastening E-Clip. Based on the costs calculation analysis of the material volume obtained for the total costs to be incurred amounting to IDR. 2.179.980.121.000 (two trillion and one hundred and seventy nine billion and nine hundred and eighty million and one hundred and twenty one thousands rupiah)
