Abstract

Desa Klakah ditemukan suatu potensi tambang dengan komoditas batuan andesit. Lokasi didominasi oleh daerah perbukitan dan pegunungan. Pemanfaatan komoditas batuan andesit apabila dilakukan penambangan sangat berisiko terjadinya longsor dan dapat menyebabkan erosi ke daerah sungai dikarenakan diantara daerah yang ditambang merupakan daerah perbukitan. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui zona lemah dari lereng dan mengetahui faktor keamanan lereng pada desain rencana penambangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran metode geolistrik untuk mengetahui jenis lapisan, dan zona lemahnya dan juga analisis parameter mekanika tanah di laboratorium Mekanika Tanah Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). Data mekanika tanah didapatkan tanah lempung dengan unit weight 15.4553 kN/m3 dan kohesi 30.7929 kPa dan juga berdasarkan referensi andesit memiliki nilai unit weight 21.1823kN/m3, kohesi 150 kPa, dan friction angle 52 degrees. Selain itu juga digunakan peta topografi untuk menganalisis desain penambangan dan mendapatkan nilai faktor keamanan (fk) yang aman pada daerah rencana penambangan. Analisa lereng dilakukan pada 4 lintasan dengan setiap lintasan memiliki 2 rencana penambangan. Didapatkan nilai faktor keamanan tertinggi pada desain lereng rencana penambangan 3.445 dan nilai faktor keamanan terendah 1.214.

Slope area of Klakah Village found andesite mining potential. In this area, renew by hilly and landing areas. Mining needs to be done which is very risky to be used in the long term and can cause erosion to the river that connects the mined area to hilly areas. The purpose of the study was to find out the weak zone of the slope and find out the safety factor in the design of the mining plan so that no landslides occur. In this study the geoelectric method was measured to determine the type of layer, and the weak zone and also the analysis of soil mechanical parameters in the Soil Mechanics Laboratory of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS). Soil mechanical data obtained clay soil with a weight unit of 15.4553 kN / m3 and cohesion of 30.7929 and also based on andesite references having a unit value of weight of 21.1823kN / m3, cohesion of 150 kPa, and friction angle of 52 degrees. In addition, topographic maps are also used to install mining designs and obtain safe values of security factors (fk) in the planned mine area. Slope analysis is carried out on 4 tracks with each track having 2 mining plans. The highest safety factor value was obtained in the 3,445 mine plan slope design and the lowest safety factor value was 1,214.
