Abstract
Nanoteknologi telah banyak diteliti dan dikembangkan di Indonesia. Salah satu hasil nanoteknologi adalah nanofiber. Salah satu metode fabrikasi nanofiber yang paling efektif yaitu dengan cara electrospinning. Electrospinning memanfaatkan sumber tegangan tinggi dalam pembuatan nanofiber. Terdapat banyak parameter yang mempengaruhi ukuran dan sebaran diameter nanofiber salah satunya yaitu kelembapan lingkungan saat pemintalan nanofiber. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang dan membuat sistem pengontrol kelembapan dan kecepatan putar kolektor electrospinning serta memfabrikasi Carbon nanofiber. Sistem pengontrol kelembapan di kontrol oleh arduino uno dan aktuatornya adalah pompa udara, silika gel sebagai material penurun kelembapan. Motor DC 12V dan driver L293D digunakan untuk mengontrol arah dan kecepatan putar kolektor. Kontrol kecepatan kolektor menggunakan prinsip Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). Sistem kontrol kelembapan yang telah dibuat mempunyai tingkat keakuratan lebih dari 88% dan kelembapan relatif terendah yang dicapai adalah 30% . Sistem kontrol kolektor yang telah dibuat mempunyai tingkat keakuratan lebih dari 95% dan kecepatan putar terendah 125 RPM. Carbon nanofiber berhasil di fabrikasi dengan sebaran diameter rata-rata pada kelembapan 30% dan 40 % berturut-turut sebesar 278 nm dan 301 nm.

Nanotechnology has been widely researched and developed in Indonesia. One of the results of nanotechnology is nanofiber. One of the most effective nanofiber fabrication methods is by electrospinning. Electrospinning utilizes high voltage sources in the manufacture of nanofiber. There are many parameters that affect the size and distribution of nanofiber diameters, one of which is the humidity around when spinning nanofiber. This research was conducted to design and create a system of kontrolling the humidity and rotational speed of the electrospinning collector and fabricating Carbon nanofiber. The humidity kontrol system is kontrolled by Arduino Uno and the actuator is an air pump, silica gel is a moisture-lowering material. The 12V DC motor and L293D driver are used to kontrol the direction and speed of the collector's turn. Kontrol the speed of the collector using the principle of Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). The humidity kontrol system that has been made has an accuracy rate of more than 88% and the lowest relative humidity achieved is 30%. Collector kontrol system that has been made has an accuracy rate of more than 95% and the lowest rotational speed of 125 RPM. Carbon nanofiber has been successfully fabricated with an average diameter distribution of 30% humidity and 40% in a row of 278nm and 301nm.
