Abstract
Fashion industry has been developing in Indonesia. Its contributions in national GDP and export also show increment pattern for years. The changing customers characteristics of becoming more demanding to new fashion also lead the industries to fulfill demands by producing much more new designs in shorter period of time. Sustainability has been an important role in fashion industry, however the number of fashion industry who put concern in sustainability is still low. The needs to make the business sustainable is high, in terms of the revenue, environmental and product life cycle gathered is important, means that the business needs to be able to fulfill the demand because the availability of the resource. One method to help the business sustainable is PSS. PSS is business model defined as a solution offered that involved a product and service to deliver functionality, it increases product quality, longevity as well as customer satisfaction. PSS is a method that offers an integrated solution based on the needs of customers and manufacturers. A method to know the needs of customers and manufacturers is QFD, it helps to identify VOC and VOM, conflict resolution is conducted to merge the needs of both actors. VOC and VOM are identified by literature study and interviews. The total number needs of VOM is 13 needs and VOC is 15 needs. The weights of each need are calculated using AHP. The highest weight from VOM is the need of customer’s loyalty, and from VOC is the need of durability and quality of product. The total number of technical responses to answer VOC and VOM is 25 responses. HOQ is constructed based on VOC, VOM and technical responses. The weight of each technical response is calculated based on the weight of VOC and VOM in multi-layer HOQ. The top 5 weight of technical responses are put in product-service blueprint but without neglecting the rest of the technical responses.
