Abstract

Perusahaan garmen memiliki 15 orang operator yang tersedia bagi kedua lintasan produksi yang memproduksi camisole dengan tipe berbeda. Setiap lintasan produksi bisa terdiri dari 5 hingga 10 operator dengan suatu aturan yaitu jumlah operator di kedua lintasan tersebut maksimal 15 operator dengan minimal terdapat 5 operator pada satu lintasan. Suatu model simulasi dikembangkan untuk memodelkan kedua lintasan dan mendapatkan output dari kondisi eksisting perusahaan maupun output dari setiap skenario penambahan jumlah operator. Setiap skenario penambahan jumlah operator didapatkan berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada di kedua lintasan tersebut. Terdapat 126 skenario yang dapat dilakukan dengan mengkombinasikan jumlah operator antara proses inspeksi raw material dengan proses trimming, repair & accessories. Dari 126 skenario yang ada, dipilih 41 skenario dengan output terbesar. Sebanyak 41 output skenario kemudian dibandingkan dan dipilih skenario dengan output terbesar yaitu 8 operator pada lintasan 1 dan 7 operator dengan lintasan 2 dengan besar output yaitu 32793 camisole untuk tipe 1 dan tipe 2.

The garment company has 15 operators available for both production lines that produce different types of the camisole. Each production line can consist of 5 to 10 operators with a rule that is the number of operators in both production line with a maximum of 15 operators and a minimum of 5 operators on a single production line. A simulation model was developed to model the real system and acquire output from the existing conditions of the company and the output of each scenario that increasing the number of operators. Each scenario of increasing the number of operators is obtained based on the problems that exist on the two production line. There are 126 scenarios that can be done by a combination the number of operators of raw material inspection processes with trimming, repair & accessories process. Out of 126 scenarios, there are 41 scenarios with the largest output are selected. A total of 41 output scenarios were then compared and selected scenarios with the largest output are 8 operators on line 1 and 7 operators on line 2 with outputs of 32793 camisoles for type 1 and type 2.
