Abstract

Pemanfaatan sumberdaya alam pada suatu DAS secara garis besar dapat dikelompokkan menjadi dua jenis, yaitu pemanfaatan sumberdaya tanah (lahan) dan pemanfaatan sumberdaya air. Pemanfaatan sumberdaya lahan dalam suatu DAS meliputi : pertanian, hutan, perkebunan, perikanan, pertambangan, dan lain-lain; sedangkan pemanfaatan sumberdaya air diperuntukkan bagi suplai air irigasi, suplai air minum, PLTA, suplai air industri, dan lain-lain. Agar pemanfaatannya dapat berkelanjutan, pengelolaan dan pemantauan kondisi suatu DAS harus dilakukan secara optimal serta kontinyu. Informasi perubahan tutupan lahan akan membantu para pengambil kebijakan dalam merumuskan strategi dan perencanaan pengelolaan DAS yang tepat, dan mengambil kebijakan konservasi sumber daya air. Oleh karena itu, penelitian yang dilakukan ditujukan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi perubahan tutupan lahan Kawasan DAS Bondoyudo, dan pengaruhnya terhadap ketersediaan sumber daya air di DAS Bondoyudo. Penelitian ini menggunakan klasifikasi citra satelit Sentinel-2A dan analisis spasial untuk menganalisis perubahan tutupan lahan. Untuk menghitung potensi air menggunakan analisis debit limpasan dan perhitungan kebutuhan air yang beracuan pada SNI 6728.1-2015 tentang Penyusunan Neraca Sumber Daya Alam – Bagian 1 : Sumber Daya Air. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan saldo air, yaitu ketersediaan air yang dikurangi penggunaan, pada DAS Bondoyudo tahun 2009-2016 mengalami peningkatan, yaitu tahun 2009 sebanyak 2.223,06x106 m3/tahun sedangkan pada tahun 2016 sebanyak 4.323,37x106 m3/tahun. Adanya perubahan tutupan lahan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil ketersediaan air. Peningkatan ketersedian saldo air dipengaruhi oleh potensi sumber daya air yang relatif meningkat kuantitasnya dari tahun 2009-2016 sedangkan kebutuhannya cenderung tidak memiliki perubahan yang signifikan.

The utilization of natural resources in a watershed can be broadly grouped into two types, namely the use of land resources (land) and utilization of water resources. Utilization of land resources in a watershed includes: agriculture, forests, plantations, fisheries, mining, and others; while utilization of water resources is for irrigation water supply, drinking water supply, hydropower, industrial water supply, and others. In order for its utilization to be sustainable, the management and monitoring of the condition of a watershed must be carried out optimally and continuously. Information on land cover changes will help policy makers in formulating appropriate watershed management strategies and plans, and taking water resources conservation policies. Therefore, the research conducted was aimed at identifying and evaluating changes in the Bondoyudo watershed area land cover, and its effect on the availability of water resources in the Bondoyudo watershed.This research uses classification of Sentinel-2A satellite imagery and spatial analysis to analyze changes in land cover. To calculate water potential using runoff discharge analysis and calculation of water requirements that refer to SNI 6728.1-2015 concerning Preparation of Natural Resource Balance - Part 1: Water Resources. The results of this study indicate that water balance, namely the availability of water reduced usage, in the Bondoyudo watershed in 2009-2016 has increased, namely in 2009 as many as 2,223.06x106 m3 / year while in 2016 it was 4,323.37x106 m3 / year. The change in land cover does not have a significant effect on the results of water availability. Increased availability of water balances is influenced by the potential of water resources which has a relatively increased quantity from 2009-2016 while their needs tend not to have significant changes.
