Abstract
Semen merupakan bahan perekat yang bersifat hidrolis, memiliki empat oksida yaitu C2S, C3S, C3A dan C4AF. Proses pembuatan semen ada dua macam yaitu proses kering dan proses basah. Kami memilih menggunakan proses kering. Proses kering pada pembuatan semen terdiri dari empat tahapan. Tahap pertama yaitu penyiapan bahan baku berupa batu kapur dan tanah liat yang ditambang dan kemudian diumpankan ke hopper untuk dilakukan size. Tahap kedua yaitu penggilingan awal, raw mix bertemu dengan bahan koreksi yaitu pasir silika dan copper slag. Tahap ketiga yaitu pemanasan, proses kalsinasi di preheater selanjutnya diumpankan menuju kiln untuk proses kalsinasi lanjutan. Tahap keempat yaitu penggilingan gypsum dan klinker. Pendirian Pabrik Semen dengan Bahan Aditif Limbah B3 (Cooper Slag, Fly Ash, dan Silica Fume) dengan Proses Kering ini direncanakan akan dibangun di Kabupaten Bangkalan, Madura. Pabrik semen beroperasi secara kontiyu selama 330 hari /tahun dengan kapasitas 7.616 ton/hari. Kebutuhan utilitas untuk sanitasi sebesar 2,33 m3/jam.

Cement is a hydraulic adhesive, has four oxides, namely C2S, C3S, C3A and C4AF. The process of making cement is of two kinds, namely the dry process and the wet process. We chose to use a dry process. The dry process in making cement consists of four stages. The first stage is the preparation of raw materials in the form of limestone and clay which are mined and then fed to the hopper for size. The second stage is the initial milling, the raw mix meets the correction material namely silica sand and copper slag. The third stage is heating, the calcination process in the preheater is then fed to the kiln for further calcination. The fourth stage is gypsum milling and clinker. The establishment of a Cement Plant with Dry Process Hazardous and Toxic Substances Waste Additives (Copper Slag, Fly Ash and Silica Fume) is planned to be built in Bangkalan Regency, Madura. The cement plant operates regularly continuous for 330 days/year with capacity 7.616 tons/day. The need for utilities for water sanitation is 2.33 m3 / hour.
