Abstract
Tujuan utama dari pengendalian kualitas yaitu untuk mengevaluasi apakah suatu proses berada dalam pengendalian kualitas secara statistik atau tidak, sehingga dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas produksi yang dihasilkan oleh suatu perusahaan. Salah satu metode pengendalian kualitas yang sering digunakan adalah peta kendali. Dalam penelitian ini diterapkan peta kendali Fuzzy P berdasarkan Fuzzy Midrange pada tingkat-α dan peta kendali p Shewhart dimana keduanya merupakan peta kendali dari data atribut. Studi kasus dilakukan di PT. Surabaya Wire dengan data yang dipakai yaitu jumlah produksi paku 12L yang cacat. Penerapan peta kendali Fuzzy P menunjukkan bahwa produksi paku tipe 12L di PT. Surabaya Wire sudah terkendali secara statistik, sedangkan penerapan peta kendali p Shewhart menunjukkan produksi paku tipe 12L masih belum terkendali secara statistik.

The main purpose of quality control is to evaluate whether a process is in quality control statistically or not, so that it can maintain and improve the quality of production produced by a company. One of the quality control method that frequently used is control chart. In this research, both Fuzzy P control chart based on α-level Fuzzy Midrange and p-control chart are control data attribute. Case study has been done in PT. Surabaya Wire using, the number of defective nail production. The application of Fuzzy P control chart shows that nail production has been controlled statistically, while the application of p-Shewhart control chart shows that nail production is still not statistically controlled.
