Abstract
Tahapan utama untuk mencapai kesuksesan teknologi Online Learning Platform adalah penerimaan teknologi tersebut oleh penggunanya. Oleh karena itu, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam keberhasilan penerimaan teknologi merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kegunaan teknologi pada Online Learning Platform. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei kepada responden, dimana responden harus sudah pernah menggunakan teknologi Online Learning Platform. Responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 254 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) yang telah dimodifikasi untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penerimaan teknologi Online Learning Platform. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap adopsi teknologi Online Learning Platform yaitu facilitating condition, habit, dan learning value. Ketiga faktor ini perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus dari penyedia teknologi Online Learning Platform di Indonesia sebagai referensi dalam membuat keputusan strategis untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut.

The main stage for achieving the success of the Online Learning Platform technology is the acceptance of the technology by its users. Therefore, identifying the factors that influence the success of technology acceptance is very important. This study aims to identify the usefulness of technology in the Online Learning Platform. This study is a quantitative study with a survey approach to respondents, where respondents must have used the Online Learning Platform technology. Respondents involved in this study were 254 people. This study uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) model that has been modified to analyze the factors of acceptance of Online Learning Platform technology. The study hypothesis testing uses the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. From the results of the study obtained factors that significantly influence the adoption of Online Learning Platform technology, namely facilitating conditions, habit, and learning value. These three factors need to get special attention from the provider of Online Learning Platform technology in Indonesia as a reference in making strategic decisions for further development.
