Abstract

Material komposit sebagai material penyerap suara dan material anti radar telah banyak dikembangkan. Salah satu bahan yang digunakan untuk membuat material anti radar adalah Barium Heksaferit yang merupakan material magnetik. Penelitian ini menggunakan silicone rubber sebagai matriks, serat bambu betung, nanoselulosa dan barium heksaferrit sebagai filler. Variabel pada penelitian ini adalah penambahan fraksi massa komposisi serat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa pengaruh komposisi serat terhadap nilai STC, penyerapan gelombang mikro dan morfologi komposit. Pengujian yang dilakukan yaitu uji morfologi, uji densitas, uji sound transmission class (STC) dan uji vector network analyzer (VNA). Nilai STC tertinggi yaitu pada komposit Silicone rubber + 3% nanoselulosa + 10% BaM dapat menyerap 45 dB pada frekuensi 3000 Hz dan memiliki rata-rata STC sebesar 16. Nilai penyerapan gelombang elektromagnetik tertinggi pada komposit Silicone rubber + 3% nanoselulosa + 10% baM sebesar -28.09 dB pada frekuensi 10.38 GHz =================================================================================================================================
Composite material as a sound absorbing material and anti-radar material has been widely developed. One of the materials used to make anti-radar material is Barium Hexaferrite which is a magnetic material. This study uses a silicone rubber as a matrix, bamboo betung fiber, nanocellulose and barium hexaferrite as fillers. The variable in this study is the addition of the mass fraction of the composition of the fiber. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of fiber composition on STC values, microwave absorption and composite morphology. Tests carried out were morphological test, density test, STC test and VNA test. The highest STC value is in the composite Silicone rubber + 3% nanocellulose + 10% BaM can absorb 45 dB at a frequency of 3000 Hz and has an average STC of 16. The highest absorption value of electromagnetic waves on composite Silicone rubber + 3% nanosellulose + 10% baM at -28.09 dB at the frequency of 10.38 GHz.
