Abstract
Satelit penginderaan jauh seperti WorldView-4 memiliki keterbatasan dalam menghasilkan gambar yang memiliki keunggulan pada resolusi spektral dan spasial. Masalah ini membuatnya perlu untuk membagi gambar menjadi resolusi multispektral (MS) resolusi spektral tinggi dan resolusi spasial tinggi (PAN). Metode penggabungan gambar seperti intensitas-hue-saturation (IHS) pansharpening menyebabkan distorsi spektral. Kelemahan ini disebabkan oleh penggunaan nilai piksel yang berlebihan dari gambar PAN. Dalam penelitian ini, metode baru diusulkan yang mengintegrasikan IHS-pansharpening dengan Singular Value Equalization (SVE) sebagai proses pemerataan dan Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) untuk menjaga informasi tepi dan detail dari gambar PAN. Metode SVE menyamakan nilai pada gambar PAN dengan nilai intensitas dalam proses transformasi IHS. Percobaan dilakukan mengunakan dataset citra satelit Landsat-8 dan Worldview-4 kemudian diuji menggunakan metrik kualitas spektral seperti: RMSE, Spectral Angle Mapper (SAM) dan Relative Dimensionless Synthesis Global Error (ERGAS). Pada percobaan dengan data citra satelit Landsat-8 kualitas spektral yang dihasilkan dari metode yang diusulkan menunjukkan keunggulan pada ketiga metrik terhadap metode asli dengan selisih antara 0,001 s.d. 0,3. Sedangkan pada data citra satelit Worldview-4, metode yang diajukan unggul pada metrik ERGAS, dan RMSE dengan selisih 0,6. Faktor tutupan wilayah vegetasi mempengaruhi kualitas spektral pada citra Worldview-4 yang juga memiliki bandwidth NIR pada citra pankromatik-nya.

Remote sensing satellites such as WorldView-4 have limitations in producing images that have advantages in spectral and spatial resolution. This problem makes it necessary to divide the image into multispectral (MS) resolution of high spectral resolution and high spatial resolution (PAN). Image merging methods such as intensity-hue-saturation (IHS) pansharpening cause spectral distortion. This weakness is caused by the use of excessive pixel values from the PAN image. In this study, a new method is proposed that integrates IHS-pansharpening with Singular Value Equalization (SVE) as an equalization process and Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) to maintain edge information and details of PAN images. The SVE method equates the value in the PAN image with the intensity value in the IHS transformation process. The experiment was conducted using Landsat-8 and Worldview-4 satellite imagery datasets then tested using spectral quality metrics such as: RMSE, Spectral Angle Mapper (SAM) and Relative Dimensionless Synthesis Global Error (ERGAS). In experiments with Landsat-8 satellite image data the spectral quality generated from the proposed method shows superiority in the three metrics compared to the original method with a difference between 0.001 dd. 0.3. Whereas in Worldview-4 satellite image data, the proposed method is superior to the ERGAS, and RMSE metrics with a difference of 0.6. The vegetation area cover factor affects the spectral quality of Worldview-4 images which also have NIR bandwidth in the panchromatic image.
