Abstract

Transportasi merupakan komponen biaya logistik yang utama, efisiensi biaya transportasi berdampak besar terhadap biaya logistik keseluruhan. Salah satu kegiatan transportasi PT Petrokimia Gresik adalah pemindahan internal terhadap produk pupuk in bag di Gudang Produksi untuk dialokasikan ke gudang internal lain sebelum waktu pengiriman ke gudang penyangga tiba. Pemindahan pupuk in bag terjadi ketika Gudang Wilayah Produksi tidak mampu menampung kapasitas produksi yang dihasilkan sehingga perlu dilakukannya pemindahan. Pemindahan pupuk dilakukan menggunakan flat truk yang disediakan pihak Third Party Logistics. Saat ini, tarif pemindahan dibayar berdasarkan rute pemindahan, jarak dekat atau jarak jauh dan jumlah ton untuk sekali ritase pada setiap rute, sehingga keuntungan 3PL ditentukan dari perolehan ritase per har per truknya dan rute yang dilalui. Untuk mendapatkan tarif yang fair bagi kedua pihak, akan dilakukan perhitungan jumlah tarif pemindahan internal dengan menentukan peroleh ritase per truk per harinya. Penentuan perolehan ritase merupakan permasalahan yang kompleks karena adanya ketidakpastian pada production rate, jumlah truk, cycle time truk, dan demand, serta interdependency dari setiap aktivitas pemindahan, sehingga perlu menggunakan Metode Discrete-Even Simulation. Hasil simulasi dipilih dari komposisi jumlah truk dengan tingkat utilitas 80% dan perolehan ritase yang terjadi. Perolehan ritase akan dikonversikan menjadi jarak dengan satuan Kilometer. Hasil dari model simulasi adalah penggunaan empat unit truk dengan perolehan 7.042 ritase atau 22.458,08 Km dalam setahun dan tingkat utilitas truk 81.5%. Jumlah truk dan perolehan jarak akan digunakan sebagai dasar perhitungan Harga Perkiraan Sendiri untuk menentukan nilai tarif per Ton per Kilometer. Komponen biaya pada HPS terdiri dari biaya bahan bakar, biaya pemeliharaan truk, upah supir, biaya suku cadang dan oli, biaya depresiasi truk, biaya legal, dan margin. Selain besar margin, keuntungan 3PL akan sangat dipengaruhi oleh perolehan kilometer per pindahan per hari per truk.

One of the transportation activities of PT Petrokimia Gresik is the internal transfer of fertilizer products in the production warehouse to be allocated to other internal warehouses before the time of delivery to the buffer warehouse arrives. The in bag fertilizer transfer occurs when the production warehouse is unable to accommodate the production rate of its product, so it needs to be moved. Fertilizer transfer is carried out using flat trucks provided by Third Party Logistics. At this time, the transfer rates are paid based on the transfer route, which are short distance route and long distance route, and the number of tons for each route on each type of route. To obtain the fair rate for both, PT Petrokimia Gresik and 3PL, the calculation of the amount of the internal transfer rates will be calculated by determining the route acquisition per truck per day. Determining the route acquisition is a complex problem due to uncertainty in the production rate, number of trucks, cycle time of the truck, and demand, and also the interdependence of each transfer activity, so it’s necessary to use the Even-Discrete Simulation Methods. The simulation results were selected from the composition of the number of trucks with a utility level of 80% and the acquisition of route that occurred. The acquisition of route will be converted into distance in units of Kilometer. The results of the simulation model are the use of four trucks with the number of route acquisition is 7.042 or 22.458,08 Km and the utility levels of the trucks are 81.5%. The number of trucks and the acquisition of route will be used as the basis for calculating the Owner Estimate to determine the rate value each ton each kilometer. The cost component of the Owner Estimate consists of the fuel costs, truck costs, driver fees, spareparts and oil costs, truck depreciation costs, legal fees, and the margins. In addition to the margin value, 3PL profits will be greatly influenced by the acquisition of Kilometer per route per day per truck.
