Abstract
Jalan mastrip merupakan jalan provinsi yang menghubungkan kota Surabaya dan Gresik dengan bentang 7.83 Km, titik awal KM 9+500 hingga KM 17+330. Sebagai prasarana transportasi yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam distribusi barang dan penumpang. Pertumbuhan pengguna kendaraan pada ruas jalan ini menyebabkan kemacetan serta kurangnya manajemen lalu lintas dibeberapa titik sehingga memungkinkan resiko kecelakaan yang terjadi meningkat dan peningkatan pengguna lalu lintas. Metode yang digunakan adalah uji analisa dan mengukur penyimpangan kondisi lapangan terhadap standar teknis, meliputi teknis Geometrik jalan, teknis struktur perkerasan jalan, teknis struktur bangunan pelengkap jalan, teknik pemanfaatan ruang bagian - bagian jalan, teknis manajemen dan rekayasa lalulintas, serta teknis perlengkapan, kemudian dibandingkan menggunakan lampiran dari Permen PU 19/PRT/M/2011. Hasil uji kelaikan fungsi jalan ditinjau dari aspek teknis pada jalan mastrip dari segmen I hingga segmen V menghasilkan kategori laik fungsi disertai rekomendasi (LS). Hasil rekomendasinya yaitu, pelebaran lajur lalu lintas, pemeliharaan struktur perkerasan jalan, pelebaran rumaja rumija, pengecatan ulang marka, pembuatan area parkir dan pengadaan komponen jalan yang belum tersedia pada ruas jalan.

Mastrip is a provincial road that connects the cities of Surabaya and Gresik with a span of 7.83 km, starting from KM 9 + 500 to KM 17 + 330. As a transportation infrastructure that plays an important role in the distribution of goods and passengers, the growth of vehicle users on this road causes congestion and a lack of traffic management at several points, thereby increasing the risk of accidents and traffic conflicts. The method used is a test analysis by measuring deviations in field conditions against technical standards, including technical road geometry, technical road pavement structures, technical complementary building structures, techniques for the utilization of road sections, technical management and traffic engineering, and technical equipment. The results are then compared using the provisions in the attachment to Permen PU No. 19/PRT/M/2011. The results of the road function feasibility test in terms of the technical aspects of Mastrip Road from Segment I to Segment V indicate a functionally feasible category accompanied by recommendations (LS). The recommendations include widening traffic lanes, maintaining road pavement structures, widening village housing areas, repainting road markings, constructing parking areas, and providing road components that are not yet available.
