Abstract

Songkok disebut juga peci atau kopiah merupakan sejenis topi tradisional bagi orang Melayu di Indonesia. Songkok ini kemudian menjadi bagian dari pakaian nasional dan dipakai oleh orang islam. Songkok dapat digunakan saat kegiatan baik formal maupun non formal, sehingga siapapun kalangan orang dapat menggunakan songkok. Hal ini berdampak pada permintaan produksi songkok. Bertambahnya permintaan songkok membuat setiap industri meningkatkan tingkat produksinya, oleh karena itu penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai pengukuran waktu pekerja dalam menyelesaikan tugasnya. Proses produksi songkok premium spesial AC terdiri dari dua tahap, tahap pertama adalah tahapan untuk pembentukan kain bos atau proses awal yang dimulai dari elemen kerja Pengukuran, Pemotongan I, Persiapan menjahit, dan Penjahitan I. Tahap kedua adalah pembentukan songkok yaitu tahapan yang dimulai elemen kerja Gambar pola, Pemotongan II, Penjahitan II dan Labeling, Penggabungan, dan yang terakhir adalah finishing (pengemasan). Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka diperlukan pengukuran untuk menentukan waktu standar penyelesaian produksi songkok dengan menggunakan metode jam henti, sehingga dapat ditentukan output atau produk yang dihasilkan dan juga mampu menentukan penambahan atau tidaknya jumlah tenaga kerja. Metode jam henti adalah metode yang diaplikasikan pada pekerjaan yang singkat dan berulang (repetitive). Hasil dari analisis dapat diketahui bahwa untuk membuat satu songkok tipe premium spesial AC dibutuhkan waktu selama 28,42 menit dengan jumlah output standar sebanyak 2 songkok.=======Songkok is also called cap is a kind of traditional hat in Indonesia. This songkok became part of national clothing and was worn by Muslims. Songkok can be used during formal and non-formal activities, so that anyone in the world can use songkok. This has an impact on demand for songkok production. The increasing demand for songkok makes each industry increase its production level, therefore this study will discuss the measurement of workers' time in completing their tasks. The production process of a special premium AC songkok consists of two stages, the first stage is the stage for forming boss fabric or the initial process starting from the work element Measurement, Cutting I, Sewing Preparation, and Suturing I. The second stage is the formation of songkk Picture of pattern, Cutting II, Stitching II and Labeling, Merging, and the last is finishing. Based on these problems, a measurement is needed to determine the time for completion of the songkok production standard by using the stop hour method, so that the output or product can be determined and also able to determine the addition or absence of the workforce. Stop clock method is a method that is applied to short and repetitive work. The results of the analysis can be seen that to make a special premium type songkok AC it takes 28,42 minutes with a standard output of 2 songkok.
