Abstract

Penyakit jantung koroner adalah penyakit pada pembuluh darah arteri koroner yang terdapat di jantung, yaitu terjadi penyempitan dan penyumbatan pada pembuluh darah sehingga suplai darah ke otot jantung menjadi berkurang. Di Indonesia penyakit ini adalah pembunuh nomor satu dan jumlah kejadiannya terus menerus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Gresik, tercatat sebanyak 963 orang terkena penyakit jantung koroner pada tahun 2015 dan 2718 pada tahun 2016 di Kabupaten Gresik. Data RSUD Ibnu Sina Gresik menjelaskan bahwa terdapat kenaikkan jumlah pasien penderita jantung koroner dari tahun 2016 terdapat 4550 pasien meningkat menjadi 5191 pasien penderita penyakit jantung koroner pada tahun 2017. Tingginya penderita penyakit jantung koroner diduga disebabkan beberapa faktor antara lain pola hidup dengan kebiasaan buruk misalnya merokok, pola makan yang tidak sehat, diet yang salah, adanya riwayat penyakit yang terkait dan lain-lain. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pasien penderita penyakit jantung koroner di RSUD Ibnu Sina Gresik dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi logistik biner. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi pasien penderita penyakit jantung koroner di RSUD Ibnu Sina Gresik adalah diabetes mellitus dan dislipidemia.

Coronary heart disease is a disease of the arteries in the heart, narrowing and blockage of blood vessels so that the blood supply to the heart muscle decreases. In Indonesia this disease is an increasing number and the number of incidents continues to increase from year to year. Based on data from the Gresik District Health Office, 963 people were affected by coronary heart disease in 2015 and 2718 in 2016 in Gresik Regency. Data from Ibnu Sina Gresik Hospital explained that there were an increasing number of patients suffering from coronary disease in 2016, there were 4550 patients increasing to 5191 patients suffering from heart disease in 2017. The high number of patients with coronary heart disease, unhealthy eating patterns, wrong diet , existence related to disease, etc. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine the factors that influence patients with coronary heart disease in the Ibnu Sina Gresik Hospital using a binary logistic regression analysis method. The results of the analysis show that the factors that affect heart coronary patients in Ibnu Sina Gresik Hospital are diabetes mellitus and dyslipidemia.
