Abstract

Tingginya permintaan produk garment berdampak pada tingginya permintaan alat pembuat kancing. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah meningkatnya ekspor pakaian jadi pada tahun 2016 hingga 2017. Kondisi tersebut mendorong banyak perusahaan alat pembuat kancing di Indonesia untuk meningkatkan produksinya, salah satunya adalah CV Satia Barokah. CV Satia Barokah telah berdiri sejak tahun 1996 dan memproduksi berbagai alat pembuat kancing, seperti Mattress dan Handpress yang terdiri dari tiga jenis, yaitu Wingwah, Press Mattress Kecil, dan Press Mattress Besar. Pada penelitian ini, pembahasan difokuskan pada Press Mattress Kecil karena memiliki rata-rata permintaan yang lebih tinggi. Untuk mengetahui permintaan pada periode yang akan datang, digunakan metode peramalan sebagai acuan dalam memprediksi permintaan Press Mattress Kecil. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya kenaikan dan penurunan permintaan secara tidak konstan dari minggu ke-2 bulan Maret 2019 hingga minggu ke-4 bulan November 2019 berdasarkan model ARIMA (1,0,0)₄.

The high demand for garment products has resulted in an increased demand for button-making machines. One of the reasons is the increase in exports of finished clothing from 2016 to 2017. This condition encouraged many button-making machine manufacturers in Indonesia to increase their production, including CV Satia Barokah. CV Satia Barokah was established in 1996 and produces various button-making machines, such as Mattress and Handpress, which consist of three types: Wingwah, Small Press Mattress, and Large Press Mattress. This study focuses on the Small Press Mattress because it has a higher average demand. To determine future demand, a forecasting method is used as a reference for predicting the demand for Small Press Mattress machines. The results show non-constant increases and decreases in demand from the second week of March 2019 to the fourth week of November 2019 based on the ARIMA (1,0,0)₄ model.
