Abstract

Kawasan transit Blok M dan Lebak Bulus merupakan kawasan yang terletak di pusat kegiatan kota Jakarta Selatan. Kedua kawasan ini direncanakan akan dikembangkan menggunakan konsep TOD Regional yaitu TOD yang berlokasi pada pusat pelayanan kota dengan fungsi pelayanan berskala regional atau kawasan perkotaan dalam wilayah yang ditetapkan sebagai pusat kegiatan. Pengembangan kawasan TOD ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengurangi penggunaan kendaraan pribadi dan meningkatkan penggunaan moda transit. Namun, pergerakan di kawasan TOD Regional Blok M dan Lebak Bulus ini masih didominasi oleh penggunaan moda pribadi dibandingkan dengan moda transit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat pengaruh karakteristik kawasan transit dengan konsep TOD terhadap pola pergerakan berbasis transit pada kawasan TOD regional di Jakarta Selatan. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, terdapat beberapa sasaran yaitu: 1) Mengidentifikasi karakteristik kawasan TOD Blok M dan Lebak Bulus berdasarkan prinsip TOD Regional dengan metode analisis skoring dan spatial query , 2) Menganalisis pola pergerakan berbasis transit di kawasan TOD Regional Blok M dan Lebak Bulus dengan analisis statistik deskriptif, dan 3) Menganalisis perbedaan pola pergerakan dan keterkaitannya dengan karakteristik TOD pada kawasan transit Blok M dan Lebak Bulus D dengan analisis uji perbedaan dua sampel, regresi linier berganda, dan analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pola pergerakan yang signifikan antara kawasan transit Blok M dan lebak Bulus, yaitu dari segi frekuensi penggunaan moda transit, jarak menuju lokasi transit, serta pendapatan penguna moda transit. Melalui model regresi linier berganda, dihasilkan persamaan Y = 2.241 + 0.179X1+ 0.196X3, yang menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan moda transit (Y) pada kedua kawasan regional dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh indikator density (X1) dan design (X3). Indikator density dan design ini memiliki keterkaitan signifikan dengan perbedaan pola pergerakan transit di kedua kawasan TOD. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi, diketahui bahwa variabel frekuensi memiliki keterkaitan dengan variabel ketersediaan jalur bersepeda, variabel jarak memiliki keterkaitan dengan variabel IPR, jalur pejalan kaki, dan jalur bersepeda, sedangkan variabel pendapatan memiliki keterkaitan dengan variabel kepadatan kawasan.

Blok M and Lebak Bulus transit area are located in the hub of South Jakarta. Both of this area will be developed using Regional TOD concepts that are supposed to be located in the activity center of a city with a regional scale transportation service or located in a city area which is also designated as the activity center. The development of
TOD has the aim to reduce the usage of private transportation and increase the utilization of public transportation. But, travel pattern in both Blok M and Lebak Bulus have not yet fully shifting to public transportation and how influential it is to the transit-based travel pattern is still remain unknown. This study has the aim to know the differences in how the TOD characteristic in transit area affecting the travel pattern in South Jakarta Regional TOD. This research has 3 objectives, which is: 1) Identifying TOD characteristic in Blok M and Lebak Bulus based on Regional TOD principle with scoring and spatial query analysis, 2) Analysing travel pattern in Blok M and Lebak Bulus Regional TOD with descriptive statistical analysis, and 3) Analysing the difference of travel pattern in Blok M and Lebak Bulus and its relation to TOD characteristic in transit area using two independent sample comparation test, multiple linear regression, and correlation analysis. The results of this study show that the differences in the travel pattern variable are in the frequency of the use of public transportation, distance to transit location, and income of public transportation users. Based on the multiple linear regression model, the equations generated are Y = 2.241 + 0.179X1+ 0.196X3. This equation shows that the use of public transportation (Y) in both area are significantly affected by density (X1) and design (X3) indicator. Both of these indicator also have significant correlation with the differences of transit-based travel
pattern in both TOD area. Based on correlation analysis, it is known that frequency has correlation with bicycle path, distance has correlation with space utilization, pedestrian ways, and bicycle path, and income is correlate with area density
