Abstract
PT. Energi Agro Nusantara merupakan perusahaan yang mengolah limbah industri pabrik gula yaitu molase untuk memproduksi bioetanol dengan tingkat kemurnian hingga 99,5%. Dalam memproduksi bioetanol dibutuhkan air yang disalurkan dari Sungai Brantas menuju water treatment plant untuk dimurnikan sehingga dapat digunakan dalam proses pabrik diantaranya cooling water, seal water, pemadam kebakaran, dan kebutuhan kantor. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan perhitungan ulang instalasi dan pemilihan pompa yang sesuai untuk instalasi water intake pump. Perhitungan Head, kapasitas, daya pompa dan efisiensi dilakukan secara analitis dan numerik menggunakan software pipe flow experts. Berdasarkan analisis dan perhitungan ulang, diketahui kapasitas untuk water intake pump dengan kapasitas maksimal 250 m3/jam didapatkan Head efektif instalasi (Heff) sebesar 19,106 m, serta daya penggerak pompa sebesar 9,251 kW. Sehingga dari hasil perhitungan-perhitungan tersebut dapat dipilih pompa Sentrifugal Pump Ebara End Suction Volute Pump type 125-100 FS4KA merk Ebara Pump.

PT. Energi Agro Nusantara is a company that processes sugar mill waste namely molasses to produce bioethanol with a purity level up to 99.5%. In producing bioethanol, water is obtained from the Brantas River to a water treatment plant to be purified so that it can be used for cooling, seal water, fire, and office needs. In this final project, recalculation of the installation and selection of pumps that are suitable for the installation of the water intake pump. Calculation of Head, capacity, pump power and efficiency are carried out analytically and numerically using pipe flow experts software. Based on analysis and recalculation, a water pump with a maximum capacity of 250 m3 / h was obtained an Head of the effective installation (Heff) is 19,106 m, and 9,251 kW of power pump. So, from the calculation can be selected Ebara End Suction Volute Pump Centrifugal Pump type 125-100 FS4KA brand Ebara Pump.
