Abstract

Sebagai kota terbesar kedua menurut jumlah populasi penduduk, kota Surabaya merupakan kota metropolitan dengan laju perekonomian yang tinggi. Tingginya laju perekonomian di Kota Surabaya didukung oleh sarana dan prasarana. Pencemaran udara merupakan masalah yang terjadi akibat gas buang yang dikeluarkan oleh kendaraan bermotor. Emisi gas buang berasal dari proses pembakaran yang tidak sempurna. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan perubahan emisi NO2 yang terjadi setelah pemindahan kendaraan pribadi ke LRT-Trem. Transportasi pribadi yang di analisa yaitu mobil dan sepeda motor. Transportasi umum yang di analisa yaitu LRT (Light Rail Transit) Trem. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mewawancarai masyarakat pengguna kendaraan menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah responden sebanyak 400 responden. Setelah kuesioner terkumpul, data yang di dapat di olah menggunakan aplikasi pengolah regresi yaitu SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Perhitungan emisi NO2 menggunakan rumus tier-2 dengan faktor emisi berdasarkan pada PERMEN LH No.12/2010. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Sebanyak 232 responden dari 400 responden kendaraan pribadi baik sepeda motor dan mobil bersedia pindah ke LRT-Trem. Dapat dikatakan sebanyak 58%. Penguraian 58% yaitu sebanyak 143 responden pengguna sepeda motor akan berpindah ke LRT-Trem, dan sebanyak 89 responden pengguna mobil akan berpindah ke LRT-Trem. Reduksi Emisi NO2 yang terjadi apabila LRT-Trem dapat menampung semua orang yang bersedia pindah, maka besar emisi sebesar 19.003,125 ton NO2/tahun. Namun jika berdasarkan kapasitas penumpang yang dapat tertampung oleh LRT-Trem sebesar 578,696 ton NO2/tahun atau sebesar 1,94%. Total reduksi emisi NO2 setelah perpindahan pengguna kendaraan pribadi oleh LRT-Trem sebesar 567,306 ton NO2/tahun. Emisi akhir yang terjadi setelah perpindahan pengguna kendaraan pribadi oleh LTR-Trem yaitu sebesar 29.262,372 ton NO2/tahun.

Air pollution is a problem that occurs due to exhaust gases released by motorized vehicles. Exhaust gas emissions come from incomplete combustion processes. This research was conducted to determine the changes in NO2 emissions that occur after the transfer of private vehicles to LRT-Trem. Personal transportation that is analyzed, namely cars and motorbikes. Public transportation that is analyzed is LRT (Light Rail Transit) Tram. Data collection is done by interviewing the community of vehicle users using a questionnaire. The number of respondents was 400 respondents. After the questionnaire has been collected, the data can be processed using a regression processing application, SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Calculation of NO2 emissions using the tier-2 formula with emission factors based on LH PERMEN No.12 / 2010. The results showed that 232 respondents from 400 respondents of private vehicles both motorbikes and cars were willing to move to LRT-Trem. Can be said as much as 58%. Decomposition of 58%, namely 143 respondents, motorbike users will move to LRT-Trem, and as many as 89 respondents, car users will move to LRT-Trem. NO2 Emission Reduction that occurs when the LRT-Trem can accommodate all people who are willing to move, the amount of emissions is 19,003.125 tons NO2/year. However, if based on passenger capacity that can be accommodated by LRT-Trem by 578.696 tons NO2/year or 1,94%. The total NO2 emission reduction after the transfer of private vehicle users by LRT-Trem is 567.306 tons NO2/year. The final emission that occurs after the transfer of private vehicle users by LTR-Trams is 29,262.372 tons NO2/year.
