Abstract

Proyek Relokasi Jalan Tol Porong - Gempol Paket 1 merupakan salah satu bagian dari proyek tol Transjawa yang berlokasi di Sidoarjo, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Total panjang ruas di paket 1 adalah 3 km, dengan jenis perkerasan yang digunakan adalah perkerasan kaku dan lapisan perrmukaan berupa aspal. Tanah pada proyek relokasi jalan tol porong –gempol paket 1 merupakan tanah berjenis lempung lunak. Karakteristik tanah lempung lunak, dengan N-SPT <10 menyebabkan permasalahan stabilitas dan penurunan tanah. Desain yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan geoteknik tersebut adalah menggunakan struktur pile slab. Kedalaman pemancangan tiang pancang bervariasi disesuaikan dengan perhitungan tiang sesuai daya dukung rencana. Tugas Akhir Terapan ini penulis merencanakan struktur pile slab menggunakan software Geo5 untuk mengetahui daya dukung tanah dan SAP2000 untum mendapatkan gaya dalam dalam menghitung struktur. Hasil analisa yang didapatkan tebal struktur pelat sebesar 350 mm, dimensi pile cap sebesar 12,7 m x 1 m x 0,6 m, jumlah tiang dalam 1 pilecap sebanyak 5 buah dengan diameter 600 mm dan tebal selimut 100 mm dan kedalaman 40 meter.

The Porong - Gempol Toll Road Relocation Project Package 1 is one part of the Transjawa toll road project located in Sidoarjo, East Java Province. The total length of sections in package 1 is 3 km, with the type of pavement used is rigid pavement and the surface layer is asphalt. Soil on the Porong-Gempol toll 1 package relocation project is soft clay type land. Characteristics of soft clay soils, with N-SPT <10 cause problems of stability and soil degradation. The design used to solve the geotechnical problem is to use a pile slab structure. The depth of pile erection varies according to the calculation of the pole according to the carrying capacity of the plan. This Applied Final Project authors plan the structure of the pile slab using Geo5 software to determine the soil carrying capacity and SAP2000 to obtain internal forces in calculating the structure. The results of the analysis obtained plate thickness of 350 mm, the dimensions of the pile cap of 12.7 m x 1 m 0.6 m, the number of poles in 1 pilecap as many as 5 pieces with a diameter of 600 mm and a blanket thickness of 100 mm and a depth of 40 meters.
