Abstract

Kawasan Segitiga Jatinegara Jakarta Timur merupakan bagian dari Kecamatan Jatinegara yang diarahkan menjadi Kawasan Transit Oriented Development (TOD) dan menjadi sistem pusat kegiatan sekunder di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Jalur pedestrian di kawasan tersebut masih kurang terkoneksi terhadap Stasiun Jatinegara yang merupakan titik transit, yang mana seharusnya memiliki jalur pedestrian dengan interkoneksi tinggi, kondisi baik, dan fasilitas pendukung yang memadai. Namun bila dilihat kondisi eksisting jalur pedestrian Kawasan Segitiga Jatinegara adanya indikasi bahwa konektivitas di wilayah penelitian tersebut rendah dan fasilitas pendukungnya belum memadai, tetapi belum ada hasil pengukuran yang pasti. Dari hal tersebut maka perlu adanya kajian bagaimana tingkat konektivitas antara titik transit terhadap jalur pedestrian. Alat analisis Space Syntax dan Global Walkability Index digunakan pada penelitian ini, seluruh sampel pejalan kaki yang melewati Kawasan Segitiga Jatinegara sebanyak 96 responden dan 30 responden untuk menilai tingkat walkability Kawasan Segitiga Jatinegara diambil dalam penelitan ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa dari 3 simulasi yang dianalisis dengan Space Syntax, akses masuk pejalan kaki dari Jalan Jatinegara Barat merupakan akses masuk dengan tingkat konektivitas tinggi, yang mana di jalan tersebut sudah dilengkapi Stasiun Jatinegara sebagai titik transit utama yang sesuai dengan kondisi eksisting dengan nilai Relative Assymetry sebesar 0,09 dan penilaian tingkat walkability menggunakan Global Walkability Index dengan skor 77.6 dinyatakan sebagai tingkat walkability yang cukup untuk dijelajahi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan, secara keseluruhan konektivitas di kawasan tersebut dikatakan baik. Walaupun di beberapa titik masih ditemukan masalah seperti PKL dan parkir liar menghambat pejalan kaki bermobilisasi. ===================================================================================================================================
The Jatinegara Triangle Area, East Jakarta, is part of the Jatinegara District which is arranged to be a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Zone and developed as a secondary activity center system in the DKI Jakarta Province. Pedestrian ways in this area are still not-well-connected to Jatinegara Station, as a transit point, which it should have pedestrian ways with high interconnection, good conditions, and adequate supporting facilities. However, there is an indication based on the existing conditions of the study area that the connectivity is low and the supporting facilities are inadequate, but there is no definitive measurement to prove this yet. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the level of connectivity between transit points towards pedestrian ways. The Space Syntax and Global Walkability Index analysis tools were used in this study, all samples of pedestrians who walk past The Jatinegara Triangle Area were 96 respondents and 30 respondents to assess the walkability level of The Jatinegara Triangle Area taken in this study. The results of this study found that from three simulations analyzed by Space Syntax, pedestrian entry access from Jatinegara Barat Road has high-level entry access. This result caused by the availability of Jatinegara Station, found on the existing condition, as the main transit point. The Relative Assymetry value result is 0.09 and the walkability level assessment using the Global Walkability Index resulting in a score of 77.6, classified as a sufficient walkability level to be explored. So that it can be concluded, overall connectivity in The Jatinegara Triangle Area is said to be good. Although at some point, there were still problems such as street vendors and illegal parking that prevented pedestrians from mobilizing.
