Abstract
Perkembangan lingkungan industri yang dinamis di era global semakin meningkatkan persaingan yang ketat di sektor industri. Sektor manufaktur Indonesia harus dipersiapkan menjadi bagian dalam sistem perdagangan dunia dan mengikuti kebutuhan manufaktur dunia hingga mampu menjadi bagian dari supply chain global. Untuk mendukung ketercapaian tujuan sektor manufaktur di Indonesia dalam memasuki supply chain global, PT Boma Bisma Indra sebagai salah satu perusahaan BUMN manufaktur perlu memaksimalkan produktifitas yang memperhatikan kualitas, kecepatan, ketepatan, dan harga produk yang akan diproduksi agar sesuai dengan permintaan pelanggan. Aspek penting dalam SCM adalah pengukuran kinerja dan perbaikan berkelanjutan. Pada saat ini PT BBI belum memiliki sistem pengukuran kinerja supply chain untuk melakukan evaluasi kinerja supply chain. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang model pengukuran kinerja supply chain berdasarkan SCOR dan melakukan pengukuran kinerja pada PT BBI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kombinasi model SCOR dan Analytical Hierarchy Process. Faktor pengukuran kinerja supply chain pada PT Boma Bisma Indra teridentifikasi yaitu 3 dimensi dan 11 indikator. Pada penelitian ini, dihasilkan temuan bahwa nilai kinerja supply chain PT Boma Bisma Indra adalah 86,64%. Nilai tersebut masuk dalam kategori indikator warna hijau yang menunjukkan pada posisi hampir mendekati target atau memuaskan. Selain itu, dari 11 indikator yang dilakukan pengukuran kinerja, terdapat 4 indikator yang belum memenuhi target kinerja suppy chain yang telah ditetapkan, yaitu indikator % orders received on-time to demand requirement, identify source of supply cycle time, receive product from supplier cycle time, dan transportation cycle time.

The development of a dynamic industrial environment in the global era has increasingly intensified competition in the industrial sector. Indonesia's manufacturing sector must be prepared to become a part of the world trade system and to follow the world's manufacturing needs so that they are able to become part of the global supply chain. To support the achievement of the objectives of the manufacturing sector in facing the global supply chain, PT Boma Bisma Indra as one of the state-owned manufacturing companies needs to maximize productivity that takes into account the quality, speed, accuracy and price of products to be produced according to customer demand. An important aspect of SCM is performance measurement and continuous improvement. At present PT BBI does not have a supply chain performance measurement system to conduct supply chain performance evaluation. This study aims to design a supply chain performance measurement model based on SCOR and to measure performance at PT BBI. The method used in this study is a combination of the SCOR model and Analytical Hierarchy Process. Factors measuring supply chain performance at PT Boma Bisma Indra were identified, namely 3 dimensions and 11 indicators. This study finds that the value of the supply chain performance of PT Boma Bisma Indra was 86.64%. This value is included in the category of green indicators which indicate that the position is close to the target or satisfying. In addition, from the 11 indicators that were carried out by performance measurement, there are 4 indicators that have not met the established supply chain performance targets, which are the indicators % orders received on-time to demand requirement, identify source of supply cycle time, received product from supplier cycle time, and transportation cycle time.
