Abstract
Sektor pertanian merupakan salah satu sektor berpengaruh pada perekonomian Indonesia terutama pada tanaman hortikultura dan produksi sayuran organik. Mengingat hal tersebut perlu adanya suatu pengetahuan mengenai pengelolaan supply demand baik dalam push maupun pull supply chain. Sitem push menggunakan forecast dan terdapat inventory sedangkan sistem pull menghasilkan produk sesuai dengan jumlah demand. Kedua konsep ini akan diwujudkan dalam permainan interaktif. Permainan interaktif berkontribusi terhadap PDB Nasional dan selaras dengan perancangan board game edukasi yang semakin berkembang di ranah SCM sehingga diciptakan suatu board game edukasi melalui penelitian ini yang dinamakan VeggoTable Game. Permainan termasuk dalam serious game yang mengajarkan pemain mengenai hal-hal terkait knowledge agribisnis. Pengembangan board game edukasi yang dibuat fokus pada permasalahan budidaya sayur organik dengan tujuan membandingkan push dan pull demand. Kompleksitas permasalahan pada permainan dapat dilihat dari konstrain aturan crop rotation dan skenario yang diciptakan seperti perbedaan push dan pull supply chain, pengaturan time schedule penanaman dan pengaturan pola tanam. Game mampu mensimulasikan permasalahan nyata sesuai dengan batasan dan asumsi pada penelitian. Uji edukasi telah dilakukan kepada tester game dan dibuktikan dengan uji statistik paired t-test yang menghasilkan p-value < 0.05. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa game yang diciptakan mampu memberikan edukasi terhadap pemain dan terdapat perbedaan hasil pengetahuan secara signifikan.

The agricultural sector is one of the influential sectors for Indonesian economy, especially in horticulture and organic vegetable production. Therefore, it is necessary to have knowledge about supply demand management both in push and pull supply chain. The push system uses forecast and allows inventory while the pull system produces products according to the number of demands. Both of these concepts will be demonstrated in a form of interactive games. Interactive games contribute to the National GDP and are in line with the educational board game design that is increasingly developing in the realm of SCM so that an educational board game was created through this research called VeggoTable Game. The game is a serious game that teaches players about things related to agribusiness knowledge. Development of the educational board game is focused on the issue of organic vegetable cultivation with the aim of comparing push and pull demand. The complexity of the problems in the game can be seen from the constructions of crop rotation rules and scenarios created, such as differences in push and pull supply chain, arrangement of plant’s time schedule and arrangement of crop rotation. This game is able to simulate real problems based on limitations and assumptions used in this research. Educational tests have been conducted on game testers and proven by statistical paired t-test which produces p-value <0.05. It can be concluded that the game created was able to give education to players and there were significant differences in knowledge results.
