Abstract
kedalaman 25 meter.

The design of the Sun Royal Hotel Building, located in Badung regency, Bali as high as 5 floors using a conventional reinforced concrete system on all floors will be modified to 15 floors designed using reinforced concrete on the entire floor and using prestressed concrete on the 15th floor which will be designed to ballroom without any column structure in the middle of the room so that the ballroom becomes more spacious and comfortable. Because if you use a reinforced concrete beam that will produce a larger dimension. The planning of the Sun Royal hotel building uses a dual system. The dual system is a structural system whose
gravitational load is carried together by the main frame while the lateral load is carried together by the main frame and the structure wall. The main frame and structure walls are designed as a Special Moment Frame Structure (SRPMK) and Shearwall. Planning will fulfill structural security requirements based on RSNI 1726 : 2018,
RSNI 2847: 2018 and SNI 1727: 2013. From the results of the analysis carried out it was concluded that the prestressed beam on the roof has dimensions of 650 mm x 1000 mm and prestressing force of 2500 kN. The loss of
prestressed force is 20.9 % and the thickness of the shearwall is 50 cm with a special boundary element at the ends of the shearwall. The foundation uses a pile diameter of 60 cm with a depth of 25 meters.
