Abstract
Taman kota masuk kedalam jenis Ruang Terbuka Hijau yang tercantum dalam Peraturan Menteri Nomor 5 Tahun 2008 tentang Pedoman Penyediaan dan Pemanfaatan RTH di Kawasan Perkotaan. Salah satu contoh taman kota adalah Taman Brantas Kota Kediri yang diarahkan sebagai ruang publik dan memiliki fungsi sosial budaya, estetika, dan ekologis. Lokasi taman yang strategis diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mewadahi aktivitas masyarakat Kota Kediri dan sekitarnya. Namun fakta di lapangan terlihat bahwa penyediaan infrastruktur yang ada di Taman Brantas belum terwujud secara optimal seperti fasilitas toilet umum, fasilitas parkir, keamanan, dan lainnya Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan prioritas kebutuhan masyarakat di Taman Brantas Kota Kediri berdasarkan preferensi pengunjung. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut langkah awal yang harus dilakukan adalah identifikasi karakteristik Taman Brantas yang mendukung kegiatan pengujung. Selanjutnya menentukan variabel yang berpengaruh untuk peningkatan infrastruktur di Taman Brantas Kota Kediri dengan Content Analysis yang menghasilkan delapan variabel yaitu jaringan listrik dan alat penerangan, keamanan, persampahan, variasi vegetasi, kebersihan, fasilitas toilet umum, fasilitas parkir, dan pengelola RTH. Delapan variabel tersebut sebagai input pada analisis kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap Taman Brantas Kota Kediri yang dilakukan dengan Important Peformance Analysis (IPA). Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis IPA dihasilkan prioritas kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap Taman Brantas Kota Kediri. Diantaranya variabel yang masuk pada prioritas utama adalah keamanan, fasilitas toilet umum, dan fasilitas parkir, untuk variabel yang harus dipertahakan prestasinya adalah jaringan listrik dan alat penerangan, persampahan, kebersihan, dan pengelola RTH. Sedangkan variabel yang masuk kedalam kuadran berlebihan adalah variasi vegetasi.

City parks are included in the type of Green Open Space included in Ministerial Regulation Number 5 of 2008 concerning Guidelines for the Provision and Use of Green Open Space in Urban Areas. One example of a city park is the City of Kediri Brantas Park which is intended as a public space and has socio-cultural, aesthetic, and ecological functions. The strategic location of the park is expected to be utilized to accommodate the activities of the people of Kediri City and its surroundings. However, the fact is that in the field there are provision facilities in Brantas Park that have not yet been realized such as public toilet facilities, parking facilities, security, etc. Therefore, this research was conducted to prioritize community needs in the Kediri Brantas Park based on visitor preferences. To achieve this goal the first step that must be taken is the characteristics of the Brantas Park that supports the end activities. Next, determine the variables needed to improve infrastructure in the City of Kediri Brantas Park with Content Analysis that produces variables, namely electricity networks and lighting equipment, security, solid waste, variations in vegetation, cleanliness, public toilet facilities, parking facilities, and RTH managers. The eight variables as input to the analysis of community needs for the City of Kediri Brantas Park were carried out with an Important Performance Analysis (IPA). The final results of this study are based on the IPA analysis produced by the community's needs for the Kediri Brantas Park. Among the variables that are included in the main priorities are security, public toilet facilities, and parking facilities, for variables that must be respected for their achievements, are the electricity network and lighting equipment, solid waste, cleaning, and green space management. While the variables that enter the excessive quadrant are variations in vegetation.
