Abstract

Urban consolidation center is an important aspect in implementing an effective and efficient city logistics system. Urban consolidation center is a logistics facility placed on the outskirts of a city area. Within a developing of goods demand and goods delivery, it is important to developed an urban consolidation center in order to decrease the negative impacts of high number of goods to be distributed. The development of UCC facilities requires a lot of investment. Therefore, an UCC facilities must be maximally utilized so that the investment made by government is not wasted. An evaluation scheme is made as the guidance for UCC developer while developing a new UCC. The evaluation scheme consists of criteria and requirements of a UCC, also the relationship between criteria and requirements. From the evaluation scheme, evaluation form is developed as the assessment tools of UCC location candidates. Evaluation form consists of requirements, requirements operational standard description and score for each location candidates that is generated according to location candidates real condition. Risk analysis is done towards each criteria in order to know which criteria that is critical for UCC development. It is also used to analyzed risks that might be happened if a criterion is not fulfilled=============================================================================================================
Pusat konsolidasi perkotaan merupakan aspek pentik dalam implementasi sistem logistik perkotaan yang efektif dan efisien. Pusat konsolidasi perkotaan merupakan fasilitas logistik yang berada di daerah luar area pusat kota. Pembangunan pusat konsolidasi perkotaan dibutuhkan pada proses pengembangan proses permintaan dan pengiriman barang untuk mengurangi dampak negatif dari tingginya jumlah barang yang harus didistribusikan. Oleh karena itu, fasilitas pusat konsolidasi perkotaan harus dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal agar investasi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dapat bermanfaat secara maksimal. Skema evaluasi dibuat sebagai pedoman untuk para pengembang pusat konsolidasi dalam proses pemilihan lokasi pusat konsolidasi. Skema evaluasi terdiri dari kriteria dan persyaratan pengembangan pusat konsolidasi dan juga hubungan antara kriteria dan persyaratan. Setelah melakukan pengembangan skema evaluasi, formulir evaluasi dikembangkan dan akan digunakan sebagai alat penilaian untuk lokasi pusat konsolidasi. Formulir penilaian terdiri dari standar operasi dan juga skor untuk setiap kandidat lokasi. Analisis resiko dilakukan terhadap masing-masing kriteria untuk mengetahui level kepentingan kriteria.
