Abstract

Kompresor C-102 mengalami kebocoran pada sistem seal. Solusi yang dipilih ialah mengganti sistem seal pada kompresor C-102 dari sistem Wet Seal menjadi Dry Seal. Manajemen proyek direncanakan untuk penggantian kompresor. Setiap aktivitas proyek memiliki risiko yang harus diminimalisir. Metode peneilitian dimulai dari identifikasi risiko dari setiap aktivitas proyek penggantian kompresor. Setelah itu mengidentifikasi dampak dan probabilitas dari setiap risiko yang telah teridentifikasi dan dilakukan penilaian untuk setiap risikonya. Kemudian merancang strategi mitigasi untuk risiko-risiko yang masuk kategori medium, high, dan extreme. Dari 29 risiko terdapat 4 risiko yang masuk dalam kategori medium risk dan 5 risiko yang masuk dalam kategori high risk. Strategi mitigasi untuk 4 risiko kategori medium risk dan 5 risiko kategori high risk tersebut dirancang untuk meminimalisir risiko proyek. Aktualisasi dari strategi mitigasi yang telah dirancang berjalan dengan baik sehingga proyek pekerjaan dapat diselesaikan dengan aman, akan tetapi terlambat 2 hari dari waktu yang telah direncanakan.

The C-102 compressor is an important component in the production process, so a solution is needed to overcome the leakage in the C-102 compressor. The solution chosen was to replace the seal system on the C-102 compressor from the Wet Seal system to the Dry Seal. The research method starts with identifying risks from each compressor replacement project activity. After that, identify the impact and probability of each risk that has been identified and assessed for each risk. Then design mitigation strategies for risks that fall into the medium, high, and extreme categories. From the 29 risks, there are 4 risks included in the medium risk category and 5 risks that fall into the high risk category. The mitigation strategies for 4 risks in medium risk category and 5 risks in high risk category are designed to minimize project risk. The actualization of the mitigation strategies that have been designed goes well so that the project can be completed safely, but the work is 2 days behind the planned time.
