Abstract

Kondisi saat ini kebutuhan air di wilayah Sidoarjo sebesar 6.000 liter per detik, sementara yang dapat dipenuhi PDAM Kabupaten Sidoarjo hanya sekitar 1.500 liter per detik. Kondisi eksiting saat ini pelayanan PDAM Kabupaten Sidoarjo masih di wilayah utara bagian timur lalu ke selatan, sedangkan di wilayah barat bagian selatan belum ada pelayanan dari PDAM Sidoarjo. PDAM Kabupaten Sidoarjo menargetkan adanya pelayanan di bagian barat Kabupaten sidoarjo Secara bertahap, wilayah barat meliputi Kecamatan Prambon, Kecamatan Tarik, Kecamatan Krembung, Kecamatan Tulangan, dan Kecamatan BalongBendo. Demi meningkatkan produksi air minum, salah satu pemenuhannya adalah pemanfaatan Long Storage di Kalimati yang ditahun 2018 sedang dalam pekerjaan pembangunan, dari perencanaan PDAM Kabupaten Sidoarjo, air baku yang diambil dari Long Storage dapat menghasilkan air minum sebesar 1.000 liter per detik dari IPAM baru yakni IPA Kalimati yang rencana akan dibangun di tahun 2020, air minum tersebut akan dialokasikan untuk pemenuhan air minum di wilayah kecamatan Prambon. Karenanya perlu dilakukan perencanaan sistem distribusi air minum di Kecamatan Prambon. Pada perhitungan kebutuhan air dari 5 kecamatan di tahun 2023 didapatkan Kebutuhan air rata-rata sebesar 771 L/detik, sedangkan pada saat jam puncak didapat kebutuhan air sebesar 1.157 L/detik. Sistem distribusi di wilayah Kecamatan Prambon direncanakan menggunakan sistem loop, memiliki 3 loop mengikuti kondisi persebaran penduduk, dilipih juga sistem loop dikarenakan Kecamatan Prambon menjadi daerah awal untuk mengalirkan air ke Kecamatan lainnya. Sistem distribusi di Kecamatan Prambon terbagi kedalam 25 Blok, sehingga terdapat 25 tapping pipa jaringan distribusi utama ke pipa jaringan distribusi pembagi. Dari hasil analisis, diameter pipa jaringan distribusi utama berkisar 300 mm sampai 850 mm. Tekanan saat kondisi puncak berkisar 41 m sampai 81 m dan kecepatan air berkisar 0,33 m/detik sampai 2,04 m/detik. Adapun total biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pembangunan sistem distribusi air minum ini adalah sebesar Rp 97.473.914.654,00.

Nowadays Sidoarjo needs water 6,000 liters per second, while that can covered by the PDAM Sidoarjo is only around 1,500 liters per second. Existing conditions the service of PDAM Sidoarjo is still in the northern part of the east and then to the south, whereas in the western part of the south there is no service from the Sidoarjo PDAM. In the future, Sidoarjo Regency PDAM targets the existence of services in the western part of Sidoarjo Regency. Next project PDAM targeting to give services to the western region includes the Prambon District, Tarik District, Krembung District, Tulangan District and BalongBendo District. For that one of the fulfillment is operating Long Storage which is in 2018 is under construction work, from the planning of Sidoarjo Regency PDAM, raw water taken from Long Storage can produce 1,000 liters of water per second from the new IPAM, namely IPA Kalimati, which is planned to be built in 2020, the drinking water will be allocated to fulfill drinking water in the Prambon sub-district. The problem is that it is necessary to plan a drinking water distribution system in Prambon District. In calculating the water requirements of 5 sub-districts in 2023, the average water requirement was 771 L / sec, while at peak hours the water requirement at peak hours was 1.157 L / sec. The distribution system in the Prambon Subdistrict is planned to use a loop system, having 3 large loops following the condition of the population distribution, also looping system because Prambon Subdistrict is the initial area to drain water to other Subdistricts. The distribution system in Prambon Subdistrict is divided into 25 Blocks, so that there are 25 primary to secondary tapping pipes. From the results of analysis, the main distribution network pipe diameter is 300 mm to 850 mm. The pressure reaches a peak of 41 m to 81 m and the velocity is 0.33 m / sec to 2.04 m / sec. The total cost needed for the construction of a drinking water distribution system is equal to Rp 97.473.914.654,00.
