Abstract

Transportasi mempunyai peranan penting dalam menunjang segala aspek dalam kehidupan, baik di bidang ekonomi, politik, sosial budaya maupun petahanan-keamanan. Terminal bandara Internasional Halim Perdanakusuma adalah bandara yang terletak di Jakarta, Indonesia. Bandara ini juga digunakan sebagai markas Komando Operasi Angkatan Udara I TNI-AU. Pada tahun 2014, Bandar Udara Internasional Halim Perdanakusuma dibuka kembali untuk penerbangan sipil. Hal tersebut dikarenakan untuk mengurangi padatnya jadwal penerbangan Bandara Soekarno-Hatta. Bandara ini terjadwal 80 penerbangan domestik setiap harinya. Dari data yang didapat luas terminal existing terminal Halim Perdanakusuma adalah 19.820 m2, dengan daya tampung ±1,3 juta penumpang per tahun. Hal ini menyebabkan terminal mengalami overload karena pengguna fasilitas terminal penumpang di Bandar Udara Internasional Halim Perdanakusuma di tahun 2015 mencapai ±1,5 juta penumpang sehingga perlu di lakukan pengembangan. Tugas Akhir ini menganalisa kebutuhan jumlah Security gate, Security Check dan Counter Check-in berdasarkan SNI 03-7046-2004 dengan waktu pelayanan minimum dan maksimum. Di ruang tunggu keberangkatan berdasarkan Level of Service (LOS) untuk mengetahui kapasitas ruang tunggu.Untuk Security Gate dan Security Check dilakukan perhitungan FIFO berdasarkan data survei langsung pada waktu jam sibuk (Peak Hour). Setelah itu melakukan forecasting 5 tahun kedepan untuk mengatuhui jumlah penumpang dengan metode pertumbuhan penduduk dan melakukan pengembangan terminal bandara Internasional Halim Perdanakusuma setelah melakukan forecasting sesuai dengan SNI 03-7046-2004. Hasil tugas akhir melakukan analisis alur keberengkatan terminal domestik Bandara Internasional Halim Perdanakusuma. Pada security check 1 dibutuhkan 9 buah dan security check 2 dibutuhkan 19 buah. Check in counter saat ini sudah memadai dengan kondisi eksisting terdapat 20 buah loket. Sedangkan ruang tunggu masing-masing maskapai sudah nyaman. Di tahun 2024 setelah melakukan forecasting lima tahun kedepan maka hasil security check 1 dibutuhkan 9 buah mesin dan security check 2 dibutuhkan 19 buah. Check in counter dibutuhkan 31 loket Batik Air dibutuhkan 18 buah untuk Citlink Indonesia. Untuk ruang tunggu butuh luas 1355,96 m2 untuk gate 4,5,6, dan 7 sedangkan ruang tunggu gate 8 butuh luasan 2424,79m2 di tahun 2024 ==============================================================================================================================
Transportation has an important role in supporting all aspects of life, both in the economic, political, socio-cultural and security-defense fields. Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport Terminal is an airport located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The airport is also used as the headquarters of the Air Force I Air Force Operations Command. In 2014, Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport was reopened for civil aviation. This is due to reducing the density of the Soekarno-Hatta Airport flight schedule. The airport is scheduled for 80 domestic flights every day. From the data obtained, the existing terminal area of Halim Perdanakusuma terminal is 19,820 m2, with a capacity of ± 1.3 million passengers per year. This caused the terminal to overload because the users of passenger terminal facilities at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport in 2015 reached ± 1.5 million passengers, so that it needed to be developed. This Final Project analyzes the need for the number of Security gates, Security Checks and Counter Check-ins based on SNI 03-7046-2004 with minimum and maximum service times. In the waiting room the departure is based on Level of Service (LOS) to find out the capacity of the waiting room. For Security Gate and Security Check FIFO calculations are carried out based on survey data directly during peak hour (Peak Hour). After that, do the forecasting for the next 5 years to comply with the number of passengers using the population growth method and develop the Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport terminal after doing forecasting in accordance with SNI 03-7046-2004.
The final assignment was to analyze the alignment of the Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport domestic terminal. On security check 1, it takes 9 pieces and security check 2 requires 19 pieces. The current check-in counter is adequate with the existing conditions, there are 20 counters. While the waiting room of each airline is comfortable. In 2024 after doing forecasting for the next five years, the results of security check 1 required 9 machines and 2 security checks needed 19 pieces. Check in counter requires 31 Batik Air counters. It takes 18 pieces for Citlink Indonesia. The waiting room needs an area of 1355.96 m2 for gates 4,5,6, and 7 while the waiting room for gate 8 requires an area of 2424,79m2 in 2024
