Abstract

Kabupaten Ponorogo merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang terletak di provinsi Jawa Timur dengan luas wilayah 1.371,78 km². Terdiri dari 21 kecamatan yang terbagi dalam tiga zonasi air minum. Kecamatan Babadan merupakan kecamatan yang masuk dalam pelayanan zonasi A dengan jumlah penduduk terbanyak ke-2 di Kabupaten Ponorogo. Mayoritas masyarakat menggunakan sumur sebagai sumber pemenuhan air bersih dan sekitar 4,68% SR yang terpasang pada kecamatan tersebut. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pengembangan sistem penyediaan air minum dengan memanfaatkan potensi air baku yang ada. Sesuai Laporan Akhir RISPAM Kabupaten Ponorogo tahun 2018, Kecamatan Babadan merupakan salah satu sasaran daerah pelayanan dengan memanfaatkan potensi air baku yaitu Telaga Ngebel yang memiliki kapasitas tampungan mencapai 24 juta m3. Waduk atau telaga tersebut pemanfaatannya digunakan sebagai sumber irigasi, penggerak turbin PLTA, dan budidaya ikan. Lokasi intake direncanakan didaerah Dam Bolu di Kecamatan Jenangan setelah daerah irigasi Asin Bawah sehingga diperlukan pengolahan terlebih lanjut sebelum didistribusikan. Debit pengambilan intake adalah sebesar 60 liter/detik. Unit produksi yang dipilih adalah koagulasi, flokulasi mekanis, sedimentasi dengan tube settler, dan rapid sand filter. Standar pelayanan yang digunakan yaitu tingkat pemakaian air sebesar 150 L/orang/hari. Diperoleh hasil proyeksi kebutuhan air bersih pada tahun 2028 adalah 7473,32 m3/hari atau 86,5 L/detik dengan jumlah penduduk yang terlayani sejumlah 29851 jiwa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sistem distribusi menggunakan WaterCad v8i dengan debit produksi IPA sebesar 57 liter/detik didapatkan diameter pipa 250 mm. Tekanan berkisar antara 23 m hingga 32 m dan kecepatan air 1,16 m/dtk . Adapun total biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pembangunan sistem penyediaan air minum ini adalah sebesar Rp 9.534.255.064.

Ponorogo is one of the districts located in East Java Province, with an area of 1.371,78 km2. It consists of 21 sub-districts, divided into 3 drinkable water zones. Babadan is subdistrict that is included in Zone A service with the second largest population in Ponorogo District. Majority of the people use groundwater well as the source of clean water and around 4,68% house connection fitted to the subdistrict. Therefore, it is required to develop the water provision system using raw water potential that is available. Referring to the RISPAM final report of Ponorogo District in 2018, Babadan is one of service area target by harnessing the raw water potential in Ngebel Lake, which has an enormous capacity of 24 million m3 of water. The reservoir or lake is used as a source of water for irrigation, moving the turbine of hydropower plant and fish cultivation. Intake location is planned in Dam Bolu in Jenangan District after Asin Bawah litigation zone so it the water is required to be treated first before distribution. Flow rate intake is 60 it/s. The chosen production units consist of Coagulation, mechanical floculation, sedimentation with tube settler and rapid sand filter. Standard service that is being used is water usage rate of 150 l/person.day. Water necessity in 2028 is estimated at 7473,32 m3/day or 86,5 l/s with the total population served at 29851. Based on distribution system analysis using WaterCad v8i with water treatment production flow rate of 57 l/s, the result yields the pipe diameter of 250 mm. Pressure head is ranged from 23 m to 32 m and water velocity is 1,16 m/s. The total cost required to build the water supply system is Rp 9.534.255.064.
