Abstract

Surabaya menjadi kota besar yang memiliki beberapa perguruan tinggi berkualitas. Wilayah Sutorejo berdekatan dengan tiga perguruan tinggi sekaligus. Proyek rumah dan kos merupakan pilihan yang menguntungkan mengingat sebagian besar peruntukan kawasan Mulyosari yakni permukiman. Rumah Kos Sutorejo Utara didesain dengan dengan konsep zoning masa yang memisahkan fungsi rumah bagi pemilik bangunan dengan tempat kos. Selain itu diantara fungsi tersebut diberikan sirkulasi yang tetap memungkinkan terjadinya interaksi sosial. Rancangan Rumah Kos Sutorejo Utara dikemas dengan suasana alam untuk menjadikan nilai lebih dalam menciptakan kenyamanan bagi penghuninya. PT. Archimetric mendapatkan proyek perancangan masterplan Sekolah IPH Wilayah Timur, Surabaya pada akhir tahun 2018. Dilandasi sebagai keinginan mengembangkan sekolah IPH dengan lahan yang terbatas, proyek ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap dimana, perancang menjadikan tahap pembangunan Pusat Kegiatan Siswa sebagai proyek yang lebih didalami. Pusat Kegiatan Siswa merupakan bangunan mix use dengan fungsi antara lain kantin, perpustakaan, coworking space, ruang ekstrakulikuler, dan asrama siswa. Dalam perencanaannya, yang menjadi penekanan dalam mendesaindan menjadi konsep adalah zoning fungsi tiap lantai, sirkulasi penghubung antar fungsi, dan green building sebagai upaya yang harus selalu diperhatikan dalam efisien energi

Surabaya is a big city that has several quality universities. The Sutorejo area is adjacent to three universities. Boarding House projects are a favorable choice considering that most of the Mulyosari area is used for settlements. North Sutorejo Boarding House is designed with the concept of mass zoning that separates the function of the house for owners and other occupant. In addition, among these functions, circulation is provided which still allows for social interactions. The design of Sutorejo Utara Boarding House is packed with a natural environtmenr to make more value in creating comfort for its residents. PT. Archimetric received the IPH East School masterplan design project at the end of 2018. Based on the desire to develop IPH schools with limited land, this project consists of several phases where, the designer makes the development phase of the Student Center a more explored project. The Student Center is a mix-use building with functions including canteens, libraries, coworking spaces, extracurricular rooms, and student dormitories. In its planning, which is the emphasis in designing and becoming a concept is the zoning of the functions of each floor, the circulation of links between functions, and green building as an effort that must always be considered in energy efficiency
