Abstract
Proyek pembangunan mal dan apartemen yang terletak di Surabaya Barat merupakan proyek yang terdiri atas empat tower apartemen dan hotel serta satu bangunan mal. Bangunan tersebut didirikan di atas tanah ekspansif dan dilengkapi dengan empat lantai basement yang saling terhubung sebagai area parkir. Pembangunan basement memerlukan pekerjaan galian sedalam 12,6 meter sehingga dibutuhkan dinding penahan tanah untuk mencegah kerusakan pada bangunan di sekitarnya. Metode pelaksanaan galian basement menggunakan dua metode, yaitu open cut dan perkuatan dengan konstruksi soldier pile yang diperkuat menggunakan ground anchor, dengan mempertimbangkan beban yang dipikul oleh masing-masing metode. Perkuatan tanah pada proyek Grand Sungkono Lagoon direncanakan menggunakan soldier pile sebagai struktur utama dengan diameter 0,8 meter dan jarak antar soldier pile sebesar 2,4 meter. Selanjutnya dilakukan evaluasi melalui pemodelan dinding penahan tanah menggunakan soldier pile serta pemodelan soldier pile yang diperkuat dengan ground anchor. Hasil akhir dari tugas akhir ini berupa jumlah angkur yang ditanam di dalam tanah, panjang lengan angkur, serta kuat tarik angkur yang paling efisien untuk menahan dinding penahan tanah pada basement dengan kedalaman 14,3 meter sehingga dapat mencegah kerusakan seperti defleksi, kelongsoran, dan kegagalan struktur lainnya.

The mall and apartment construction project located in West Surabaya consists of four towers serving as apartments and hotels, as well as one shopping mall. The buildings are constructed on expansive soil and include four interconnected basement levels used as parking areas. The basement construction requires excavation to a depth of 12.6 meters, making retaining walls necessary to prevent damage to the surrounding structures. The basement excavation is carried out using two methods, namely the open-cut method and a soldier pile retaining system reinforced with ground anchors, with consideration given to the loads carried by each system. The ground reinforcement system for the Grand Sungkono Lagoon Project is designed using soldier piles with a diameter of 0.8 meters and a spacing of 2.4 meters. The retaining wall system is then evaluated by modeling both the soldier pile wall and the soldier pile wall reinforced with ground anchors. The final outcome of this study is the determination of the required number of ground anchors, anchor bond length, and the optimum anchor tensile capacity needed to support the retaining wall for a 14.3-meter-deep basement excavation, thereby preventing excessive deflection, landslides, and other structural failures.
