Abstract

Manajemen memiliki tanggung jawab dalam membangun budaya yang tepat untuk memotivasi individu bekerja produktif dalam upaya mencapai tujuan organisasi. Menurut beberapa penelitian, budaya integritas berkorelasi dengan kontrol internal dan pendapatan perusahaan. Tingkat implementasi budaya organisasi diukur berdasarkan tingkat keseragaman nilai budaya di dalamnya, sehingga dapat digunakan pendekatan indikator entropi organisasi. Penelitian tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat implementasi budaya integritas dan keseragaman nilai serta pengaruh interaksi pada pegawai menggunakan indikator entropi. Pendekatan agent-based modeling and simulation digunakan untuk mengakomodasi karakteristik dari sistem organisasi. Hasil simulasi agen menunjukkan pengukuran entropi ITS tergolong ke dalam kelas ordered entropy yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor broadcast dan imitasi. Didapatkan temuan lainnya bahwa meningkatkan frekuensi rapat mampu mempercepat laju entropi ke arah highly ordered entropy. Perbaikan dari aspek word-action behavior pada budaya integritas juga dapat memperbaiki 14,06% entropi eksisting, sehingga hal tersebut menjadi prioritas aspek integritas untuk diintervensi. Hasil dari analisis kemudian disusun langkah-langkah rekomendasi dalam upaya dapat memperbaiki tingkat entropi eksisting. Rekomendasi yang diusulkan adalah meningkatkan frekuensi rapat setiap dua minggu, program sharing personal, serta penerapan responsibilities board dan logbook.

Management has a responsibility for building the right culture to motivate the individual worker to work productively and achieve organizational goals. According to some studies, the integrity culture correlates with internal control and company earnings. The level of implementation of organizational culture is measured based on the level of uniformity of cultural values, therefore it can be used as an indicator of organizational entropy. This final project aims to measure implementation of the integrity culture from the uniformity of values and the effect of interaction on employees using the entropy indicator. Agent-based modeling and simulation approach is used to accommodate the characteristics of the organizational system. The agent-based simulation results show that ITS entropy measurements reveal into an ordered entropy class that is influenced by broadcast and imitation factors. Moreover, increasing the frequency of meetings can accelerate the rate of entropy in the highly ordered entropy. Improvements in the aspects of word-action behavior on the integrity culture can improve 14,06% from the existing entropy so it becomes a priority aspect of integrity to be intervened. The results of the analysis arranged some recommendation steps to improve the level of existing entropy. The proposed recomendations are to increase the frequency of meetings every two weeks, personal sharing programs, and implementation of the responsibilities board and logbook.
