Abstract

Proyek pembangunan relokalisasi jalan tol Surabaya – Gempol ruas Porong - Gempol merupakan proyek paket 2 yang dikerjakan oleh kontraktor PT. Waskita Karya dan PT. Gorip. Namun, pada pengkajian Tugas Akhir ini hanya meninjau pada struktur jembatan STA 38+940 – 39+220 saja yang berlokasi pada segmen Kesambi – Bhayangkara. Konstruksi ini dibangun secara elevated dengan mayoritas menggunakan kontruksi struktur jembatan sepanjang ±280 m yang memiliki 8 pilar yang disambungkan girder. Perencanaan ini terdiri dari beberapa pekerjaan struktur jembatan dimulai dari pekerjaan persiapan, pekerjaan struktur bawah, hingga pekerjaan struktur atas saja .Dalam proses perencanaan suatu konstruksi, selalu memerlukan sumber daya yang berupa tenaga kerja, bahan material, dan peralatan. Perlu adanya perencanaan metode pelaksanaan yang menggunakan alat berat dengan cara konvensional dan disusun dengan berkelanjutan. Untuk mempermudah perhitungan waktu dan biaya dalam pelaksanaan proyek menggunakan Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (AHSP) yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementrian PUPR bidang Pekerjaan Umum No. 28/PRT/M/2016 dan HSPK Surabaya 2018. Dan literatur lainnya yang digunakan seperti dari Ir. Soedrajat S, Analisa (Cara Modern) Anggaran Biaya Pelaksanaan, dan referensi tentang alat berat. Hasil perhitungan durasi dari tiap pekerjaan yang dianalisis pada aplikasi software MS. Project 2016 dan MS. Excel untuk merencanakan penjadwalan proyek, sehingga didapatkan hasil seperti Gantt-Chart (schedule dalam bentuk bar-chart), Penjadwalan Sumber Daya, Laporan Biaya, dan Kurva S. Dari perencanaan yang telah disusun didapatkan hasil durasi pelaksanaan proyek tersebut adalah 362.31 hari dengan total biaya Rp 166,957,998,405.00 (terbilang seratus enam puluh enam milyar sembilan ratus lima puluh tujuh juta sembilan ratus sembilan puluh delapan ribu empat ratus lima rupiah).

The Surabaya - Gempol toll road relocation project in the Porong - Gempol section is a package 2 project carried out by PT. Waskita Karya and PT. Gorip. However, in this thesis will review only the STA 38 + 940 - 39 + 220 bridge structure that was located in the Kesambi - Bhayangkara segment. This construction was built with elevated way with the majority construction was using a bridge structure construction ± 280 m long which has 8 pillars connected by girder. This plan consists of some of bridge structure works start from the preparation work, lower structural work, and the top structural work. In the process of planning a construction, it's always require resources in the form of labors, material, and equipment. It is necessary to plan the implementation methods that use heavy equipment in a conventional way and must arranged into a sustainable manner. To simplify the calculation of time and costs in implementing the project we are using Work Unit Analysis (AHSP) rule issued by the PUPR Ministry of Public Works No. 28 / PRT / M / 2016 and HSPK Surabaya 2018. And other literature used as well that are from Ir. Soedrajat S, Analysis (Modern Way) Implementation Cost Budget, and references on heavy equipment. The calculation results of the duration each job are analyzed using MS. Project 2016 and MS. Excel to plan project scheduling, so the results such as Gantt-Chart (schedule in the form of bar-chart), Resource Scheduling, Cost Report, and S. Curve. From the plan, the results is the duration of the project are 362.31 days with a total cost of Rp. 166,957,998,405.00. (spelled one hundred and sixty six billion nine hundred fifty seven million nine hundred ninety eight thousand four hundred and five rupiahs).
