Abstract

Sebuah proyek umumnya selalu memiliki batasan – batasan yang membuat durasi proyek tidak dapat dikerjakan sesuai durasi pada lintasan kritisnya. Pada fase final assembly proyek perakitan pesawat CN235 di PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PT DI), batasan utama yang dimiliki adalah keterbatasan jumlah pekerja.Batasan ini membuat aktivitas - aktivitas yang seharusnya dapat dikerjakan secara paralel, harus dikerjakan secara seri, karena jumlah pekerja yang ada saat aktivitas - aktivitas tersebut bisa dikerjakan, tidak mencukupi untuk mengerjakan keseluruhan aktivitas tersebut. Maka dari itu memilih aktivitas mana yang harus diprioritaskan terlebih dahulu menjadi penting. Tentu saja selama ini perusahaan telah memprioritaskan akitvitas – aktivitas tersebut, namun belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi secara keseluruhan apakah metode dan kriteria prioritas yang digunakan sudah mampu menghasilkan durasi pengerjaan proyek yang optimum. Oleh karena itu, tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penjadwalan yang ada saat ini guna mencari potensi perbaikan yang mungkin dapat dilakukan. Permasalahan semacam ini, biasa disebut dengan resources constraint project scheduling problem (RCPSP). RCPSP sendiri tergolong sebagai permasalahan NP Hard, dikarenakan tingginya tingkat interdependency antar variabel yang membuat banyaknya kombinasi solusi yang memungkinkan dari masalah tersebut. Pada tugas akhir ini, metode yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan dan mengevaluasi permasalahan RCPSP pada proyek perakitan pesawat CN235, adalah metaheuristik Tabu Search yang dikerjakan dengan bantuan software RESCON. Hasil dari evaluasi menunjukkan adanya kemungkinan perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan, sebesar 4,7% atau 13 hari dari durasi penjadwalan yang ada saat ini. Perbaikan tersebut, berimbas pada penghematan asumsi biaya overhead proyek sebanyak Rp. 8.152.020,00. Dari hasil tersebut, dapat dikatakan jika penjadwalan yang ada saat ini dapat dikatakan baik dengan beberapa potensi perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan.

A project generally always has limits which makes the duration of the project does not work according to the duration of its critical path. In the final assembly phase of the CN235 aircraft assembly project at PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PT DI), the main limitation which was possessed was the limited number of workers. This boundary made the activities which could have been done in parallel, it had to be done in series, due to the number of workers when these activities can be carried out, it is not enough to be allocated to the entire activities. Therefore, choosing activities which should be prioritized first to be done, and which ones can be delayed become very important. On that case, the company obviously has prioritized these activities so far, but there has never been an overall evaluation whether the methods and priority criteria used have been able to produce the optimum duration of project execution. Therefore, this final project aims to evaluate the current scheduling in order to look for potential improvements which might be possible. This problem is commonly called the resources constraints project scheduling problem (RCPSP). RCPSP itself is classified as a NP Hard problem, because of the high level of interdependency between variables which makes many possible solutions to the problem. In this final project, the method which is used for this project in resolving and evaluating the problems of the RCPSP on the CN235 aircraft assembly project, is a Tabau Search metaheuristic done with the help of RESCON software. The results of the evaluation indicate the possibility of improvements that can be made, amounting to 4.7% or 13 days of the current scheduling duration. This improvement affected the saving of project overhead costs assumption, as much as Rp. 8,152,020.00. From these results, it can be concluded if the current scheduling can be said to be good with some potential improvements which can be made.
