Abstract
Bike Sharing merupakan suatu konsep penggunaan sepeda oleh masyarakat dengan menyewa di stasiun bike sharing. Penggunaan sepeda melalui konsep bike sharing menjadi alternatif transportasi ramah lingkungan demi meminimalisir permasalahan kemacetan dan polusi udara kendaraan bermotor di perkotaan. Migo E-Bike merupakan bike sharing yang beroperasi di Kota Surabaya diharapkan dapat membantu upaya Surabaya Green and Clean dalam mengurangi masalah tersebut. Gerbang awal penggunaan bike sharing dimulai dari stasiun bike sharing. Migo E-Bike hingga saat ini memiliki 100 stasiun yang mereka operasikan dan masih dibutuhkan penambahan agar bike sharing dapat menjangkau tiap wilayah di Kota Surabaya. Penambahan diperkirakan sejumlah 50 stasiun agar stasiun bike sharing tersedia tiap 500 meter. Sehingga diperlukan penelitian untuk mengetahui lokasi yang sesuai untuk stasiun tersebut. Penelitian ini berada pada wilayah Surabaya Timur dengan mempertimbangkan pusat operasionalisasi Migo E-Bike yang terdapat di Surabaya Timur agar memudahkan perawatan sepeda listrik maupun stasiun oleh teknisi yang berasal dari kantor pengelola. Adapun analisis digunakan tiga teknik analisis, pertama yakni Confirmatory Factor Analysis digunakan untuk menentukan variabel yang memengaruhi penentuan lokasi stasiun bike sharing Selanjutnya Analytical Hierarchy Process digunakan untuk menentukan bobot variabel serta digunakan Weighted Sum untuk menentukan area lokasi stasiun bike sharing di Surabaya Timur. Dari analisis yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil akhir berupa lokasi yang sesuai untuk stasiun bike sharing di Surabaya Timur tersebar seluas 1424,08 ha dengan rekomendasi lokasi dari kesesuaian tersebut sebesar 674,63 ha. Rekomendasi lokasi tersebut merupakan hasil kalkulasi lahan yang sesuai (tidak terdapat stasiun) dan lahan yang sesuai (dijangkau stasiun eksisting).

Bike Sharing is a concept of using bicycles by the community by renting at bike-sharing stations. The use of bicycles through the concept of bike-sharing has become an environmentally friendly transportation alternative to minimize the problems of congestion and air pollution in urban motor vehicles. Migo E-Bike is a bike-sharing that operates in the city of Surabaya and is expected to help Surabaya Green and Clean efforts in reducing the problem. The initial gate to use bike sharing began with the bike-sharing station. Migo E-Bike until now has 100 stations that they operate and still need additional so that bike-sharing can reach every region in the city of Surabaya. The addition of an estimated 50 stations so that bike-sharing stations are available every 500 meters. So research is needed to find out the appropriate location for the station.
This research was in the East Surabaya area by considering the operational center of Migo E-Bike in East Surabaya to facilitate the maintenance of electric bicycles and stations by technicians from the management office. The analysis used three analysis techniques, the first being Confirmatory Factor Analysis used to determine the variables that influence the determination of the bike-sharing station location. Then the Analytical Hierarchy Process was used to determine the variable weight and Weighted Sum was used to determine the location of bike-sharing stations in East Surabaya. From the analysis that has been done, it is found that the final result in the form of an appropriate location for the bike-sharing station in East Surabaya is spread over an area of 1424.08 ha with a location recommendation of the suitability of 674.63 ha. Recommendations for these locations are the result of the appropriate land calculation (there is no station) and the appropriate land (reach of the existing station).
