Abstract

Proyek Waduk Bendo merupakan salah satu proyek upaya untuk mengembangkan daerah Kabupaten Ponorogo yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan sumber daya air, guna memenuhi berbagai keperluan masyarakat, seperti penyediaan air irigasi, air baku domestik dan industri serta pengendalian banjir. Dalam perencanaan eksisting tubuh bendungan waduk bendo menggunakan bendungan tipe timbunan zonasi inti tegak. Pada tugas akhir ini direncanakan tubuh bendungan dengan menggunakan stuktur beton dengan bendungan tipe pelengkung sebagai salah satu alternatif desain yang dapat menjadi solusi pengganti bendungan urugan yang memiliki kekurangan dari segi kekuatan, dan rembesan. Perencanaan Struktur bendungan didesain berdasarkan data perencanaan eksisting, dilakukan preliminary design dengan menentukan dimensi-dimensi utama tubuh bendungan. Analisa beban yang terjadi terdiri dari analisa berat sendiri, analisa beban hidrostatis, analisa beban hidrodinamis, analisa beban sedimen, dan beban Uplift. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan analisa dimensi tebal bendungan ,dan geometri lengkung bendungan berdasarkan topografi. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisa perhitungan gaya dalam elemen struktur bendungan.
Lalu, perhitungan penulangan elemen struktur, kontrol tegangan retak, kontrol tegangan tarik, perhitungan geser, perhitungan kekuatan dan stabilitas yang meliputi kontrol gelincir, guling, amblas turun, dan erosi bawah tanah. Perhitungan struktur mengacu pada peraturan yang berlaku terhadap bidang perencanaan ini. Hasil akhir dari tugas akhir ini adalah bentuk dan dimensi penampang tubuh bendungan, dan pondasi yang sesuai beserta detail penulangannya. Serta menentukan letak layout rencana As bendungan, Detail pelengkun bendungan, yang dituangkan dalam bentuk tabel dan gambar.

Waduk Bendo Project is one of the projects to develop the Ponorogo Regency area that is related to the development of water resources, to meet various community needs, such as the provision of irrigation water, domestic and industrial raw water and flood control. In the planning of the existing main dams uses upright core zoning pile dams. In this final project the main dams is planned by using a concrete structure with a arch type of dams as one of the alternative designs that can be a substitute solution for the dam that has disadvantages in terms of strength, seepage. Planning Dam structures are designed based on existing planning data, carried out preliminary design by determining the main dimensions of the dam body. The load analysis that occurs consists of its own weight analysis, hydrostatic load analysis, hydrodynamic load analysis, sediment load analysis, and Uplift load. Then the thickness dimension analysis of the dam is carried out, and the bend geometry is based on topography. Then the force calculation analysis is carried out in the structural elements of the dam. Then, the calculation of structural element reinforcement, crack stress control, tensile stress control, shear calculation, strength and stability calculation which includes slip control, overturning, collapse and underground erosion. Structure calculations refer to the regulations that apply to this field of planning. The final result of this final project is the shape and dimensions of the body of the main dam, and the appropriate foundation along with the details of the reinforcement. As well as determining the layout layout of the As Dam plan, the details of arch dams, which are outlined in the form of tables and drawings.
