Abstract

Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) merupakan perguruan tinggi unggulan dibidang sains dan teknologi di Indonesia. Selain dari aspek pendidikan, manajemen dan pengelolaan kampus yang berkesinambungan dengan memperhatikan aspek lingkungan sangat dibutuhkan untuk menciptakan lingkungan kampus yang nyaman dan kondusif, diperlukan peran dari tenaga kerja kebersihan. Tenaga kerja menjadi salah satu elemen penting dalam menciptakan dan memelihara kebersihan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa waktu kerja untuk menyelesaikan semua kegiatan yang menyangkut aspek kebersihan dipengaruhi oleh luas halaman. Pengukuran waktu kerja proses kebersihan yang terdapat di ITS berdasarkan luas halaman belum dilakukan sehingga estimasi mengenai output kerja yang dihasilkan serta penjadwalan perencanaan kerja belum dibuat secara lebih akurat, oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini akan dihitung waktu standar untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara luas halaman dengan waktu standar yang digunakan untuk membersihkan seluruh halaman. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan kesimpulan model regresi dengan taksiran dengan R2 10,1% dimana bahwa variabel luas halaman (x) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap waktu standar proses pembersihan halaman (y).

Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) s a leading university in the field of science and technology in Indonesia. Apart from the aspects of education, management and sustainable campus management by paying attention to environmental aspects, it is very necessary to create a comfortable and conducive campus environment, the role of the cleaning workforce is needed. Labor is one of the important elements in creating and maintaining cleanliness, this shows that work time to complete all activities involving aspects of cleanliness is influenced by the yard area. Measurements of cleaning process work time found in ITS based on the width of the page have not been done so that estimates of the work output produced and work planning scheduling have not been made more accurately, therefore in this study standard time will be calculated to find out whether there is a relationship between the yard area and standard time used to clean the entire page. The results of this study obtained the conclusion of the regression model with estimates with R2 10.1% where that page area variable (x) has a significant effect on the standard time of page cleaning process (y).
