Abstract
Jalan tol adalah jalan alternatif untuk mengatasi kemacetan lalu lintas dan untuk mempersingkat jarak serta waktu dari suatu tempat ke tempat lain. Tujuan penyelenggaraan jalan tol adalah untuk mewujudkan pemerataan pembangunan dan hasil-hasilnya serta keseimbangan dalam pengembangan wilayah secara adil, dimana pembinanannya memakai dana yang berasal dari masyarakat, dengan melalui pembayaran tol (PP Nomor 8 tahun 1990, Pasal 2). Jalan tol merupakan bagian dari suatu sistem jaringan jalan nasional yang dikhususkan untuk kendaraan minimal 2 gandar (truk, mobil, bis, dll) dan sebelum para pengguna memasuki jalan tol tersebut terdapat gerbang tol dimana pengguna harus membayar sesuai golongan dan tarif yang berlaku. Dalam perhitungan ini, metode disiplin antrian yang digunakan yaitu metode First In First Out dan sistem struktur yang digunakan yaitu Single Channel-Single Phase. Perhitungan perencanaan gerbang tol ini nantinya akan merencanakan gardu tol otomatis (GTO) dan On Board Unit (OBU). Pada perencanaan gerbang tol Serpong-Cinere, merencanakan jumlah gerbang tol yang optimum dalam segi panjang antrian dan tingkat pelayanan untuk perencanaan 10 tahun kedepan yaitu dimulai dari tahun 2019, 2024, dan 2029. Dari hasil perhitungan perencanaan gerbang tol Serpong-Cinere ini didapatkan 5 gerbang tol, yaitu gerbang tol BSD (Ramp 1 dan Ramp 3), gerbang tol Jakarta (Ramp 2 dan Ramp 4) dan gerbang tol RE Martadinata. Pada perhitungan di tahun 2019, gerbang tol BSD arah masuk dan arah keluar terdapat 3 gardu tol dimana masing-masing 1 gardu tol (GTO, GTO khusus dan On Board Unit). Untuk gerbang tol Jakarta arah masuk dan arah keluar terdapat 3 gardu tol dimana masing-masing 1 gardu tol (GTO, GTO khusus dan On Board Unit). Untuk gerbang tol RE Martadinata terdapat 6 gardu tol dengan masing-masing 3 gardu tol keluar dan 3 gardu tol masuk. Kemudian untuk tahun 2024, dan 2029 adanya pertambahan jumlah gardu tol dari perhitungan tahun 2019.

Toll road is an alternative road to overcome traffic congestion and to shorten the distance and time from one place to another. The purpose of toll road implementation is to realize equitable to realize equitable development and its results as wel as balance in equitable regional development, where the use of funds comes from the community, through toll payments (PP No. 8 of 1990, Article 2). Toll roads are part of a national road network system that is specifically for vehicles with a minimum of 2 axles (trucks, cars, buses, etc.) and before users enter the toll road there is a toll gate where users must pay according to the applicable class and tariff. In this calculation, the discipline queue method used is the First In First Out method and the structural system used is Single Channel-Single Phase. The calculation of the toll gate planning will later plan automatic toll gates and the On Board Unit. In planning the Serpong-Cinere toll gate, planning the optimum number of toll gates in terms of queue length and service level for the next 10 years planning, starting from 2019, 2024 and 2029. From the calculation of planning the Serpong-Cinere toll gate, there are 5 toll gates, namely the BSD toll gate (Ramp 1 and Ramp 3), Jakarta toll road gate (Ramp 2 and Ramp 4) and the RE Martadinata toll gate. In the calculation in 2019, the BSD toll gate in and out direction has 3 toll gate, each with 1 toll booth (GTO, special GTO and On Board Unit). For the Jakarta toll gate, the entrance and exit directions are 3 toll booths, each with 1 toll booth (GTO, special GTO and On Board Unit). For the RE Maratdinata toll gate there are 6 toll booths with each of the 3 toll booths out and 3 toll booths entering. Then for 2024 and 2029 there will be an increase in the number of toll booths from the calculation in 2019.
