Abstract

Jalan rel merupakan salah satu prasarana kereta api, juga perlu dirancang dan direncanakan supaya ekonomis dalam pelaksanaan konstruksinya dan mudah untuk dilakukan pemeliharaan. Perencanaan konstruksi jalur kereta api sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No. PM. 60 tahun 2012 tentang Persyaratan Teknis Jalur Kereta Api, bahwa jalan rel harus direncanakan sesuai persyaratan teknis sehingga dapat dipertanggung jawabkan secara teknis dan ekonomis. Besarnya biaya perawatan dan pemeliharaan dari konstruksi ballasted track membuat konstruksi tersebut kini mulai tergantikan oleh konstruksi jalur kereta tanpa balas (ballastless track). Konstruksi jalur kereta modern ini menggunakan lempengan plat beton sebagai pendistribusi beban gandar kereta ke tanah dasar sehingga dikenal dengan istilah slab track. Beberapa tahun terakhir ini, pemerintah mulai menambah kapasitas jalan rel khususnya double track Lintas Selatan Jawa antar Madiun-Kedungbanteng. Dengan adanya penambahan track diharapkan dapat mendukung perkembangan ekonomi di Wilayah sekitarnya. Dalam pembangunannya saat ini jenis track yang digunakan adalah ballasted track. Pada Tugas Akhir ini, direncanakan struktur jalan rel meng¬gunakan metode slab track beserta rencana anggaran biaya. Lokasi tinjauan adalah jalur baru disebelah jalur lama pada lintas Madiun-Kedungbanteng. Dari data lintas kereta api yang didapat, kemudian dihitung daya angkut lintas kereta api yang nantinya dapat digunakan untuk perhitungan gaya beban yang terjadi diatas rel. Dari geometrik yang telah ada, dilakukan analisa perhitungan struktur jalan rel meliputi perencanaan dimensi rel, sambungan rel, pengelasan rel, penambat rel, dan dimensi slab. Penentuan dimensi slab yang digunakan merupakan hasil dari perhitungan dua metode. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Bögl dan Shinkansen yang kemudian direncanakan anggaran biaya untuk masing-masing metode slab track. Peraturan yang digunakan dalam perancangan struktur jalan rel lintas Madiun-Kedung¬banteng meng¬gunakan metode slab track adalah PM No. 60 tahun 2012, PD No. 10 tahun 1986, dan peraturan perencanaan lainnya yang berkaitan dengan perancanaan pembangunan jalan kereta api. Dari hasil analisa konstruksi jalan rel yang telah dilakukan adalah didapatkan hasil berupa jalur kereta api lintas Madiun-Kedungbanteng termasuk ke dalam kategori kelas jalan II dengan jenis rel UIC tipe R54, menggunakan penambat elastis ganda tipe E-Clip, serta dimensi slab track dengan metode Shinkansen 4,95 m x 2 m x 0,21 m dan metode Bögl 6,45 m x 2 m x 0,21 m. Berdasarkan perhitungan biaya, dibutuhkan rencana anggaran biaya sebesar Rp. 98.214.546.000.000 (untuk peng¬gunaan shinkansen) dan Rp. 98.204.652.000.000 (untuk penggunaan Bögl)

Railway is one of the railway infrastructure, it also needs to be designed and planned so that it is economical in its construction and easy to do maintenance. Railroad construction planning in accordance with Minister of Transportation Regulation No. PM. 60 of 2012 concerning the Technical Requirements of the Railway, that railways must be planned according to technical requirements so that they can be accounted for technically and economically. The large maintenance and maintenance costs of ballasted track construction have made the construction replaced by ballastless tracks. The construction of this modern railway line uses concrete slab plates as a distribution of the axle load of the train to the subgrade so that it is known as the slab track. In the past few years, the government has begun to increase railroad capacity, especially in the double track of the Southern Java Cross between Madiun- edungbanteng. With the addition of tracks, it is expected to support economic development in the surrounding area. In its current development the type of track used is ballasted track. In this Final Project, the planned railroad structure uses the slab track method along with the budget plan.
The observation location is a new track next to the old track on the Madiun-Kedungbanteng crossing. From the cross-train data obtained, it is then calculated the carrying capacity of the trains which can later be used to calculate the load force that occurs on the rail. From the existing geometric, an analysis of the railroad structure calculation includes the planning of rail dimensions, rail connections, rail welding, rail fastening, and slab dimensions. Determination of the dimensions of the slab used is the result of the calculation of two methods. The method used is the Bögl and Shinkansen method which is then planned for the budget for each slab track method. The regulation used in the design of the structure of the Madiun-Kedungbanteng railroad using the slab track method is PM No. 60 of 2012, PD No. 10 of 1986, and other planning regulations relating to the planned construction of railways. The results of the analysis of railways construction that have been carried out are obtained in the form of the Madiun-Kedungbanteng crossroad included in the category II road class with the R54 type UIC rail, using E-Clip type double elastic fastening, and the Shinkansen method slab track 4.95 mx 2 mx 0.21 m and the Bögl method 6.45 mx 2 mx 0.21 m. Based on the calculation of costs, a budget plan of Rp. 8.214.546.000.000 (for shinkansen use) and Rp. 98.204.652.000.000 (for use in Bögl)
