Abstract
Struktur beton bertulang banyak digunakan dalam pembangunan gedung bertingkat di Indonesia. Namun, struktur beton bertulang memiliki banyak kekurangan. Untuk itu diperlukan perencanaan alternatif lain, yaitu perencanaan dengan struktur baja. Baja memiliki sifat daktail (tidak getas), dimana mampu berdeformasi tanpa langsung runtuh. Konstruksi baja juga memiliki berat yang relatif ringan daripada bahan lain serta dalam hal waktu pelaksanaan jauh lebih cepat dibanding material beton. Dinding geser pelat baja adalah sebuah sistem penahan beban lateral yang terdiri dari pelat baja vertical padat yang menghubungkan balok dan kolom di sekitarnya, dan terpasang dalam satu atau lebih plat sepanjang ketinggian struktur membentuk sebuah dinding penopang (Proceedingss of the 8th U.S. National Conference on Earthquake Engineering April San Francisco). Sifat dinding geser pelat baja yang memiliki deformasi inelastic siklik dengan kekakuan awal tinggi sangat cocok untuk mengurangi beban gempa yang terjadi. Penggunaan dinding geser pelat baja juga menjadi solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kekakuan struktur dalam arah horizontal untuk menahan gaya-gaya lateral. Dalam tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan perencanaan ulang pada gedung Hutama Karya Office Tower dengan menggunakan Steel Plate Shear Wall dan kolom menggunakan struktur kolom komposit Concrete Filled Steel Tube yang memenuhi persyaratan keamanan struktur berdasarkan SNI 1729-2015, SNI 1726-2012, SNI 1727-2013, dan PPIUG 1983. Dari hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan yaitu : tebal pelat atap 9 cm, pelat lantai 9 cm. dimensi balok induk atap WF 600x300x14x23, balok induk lantai WF 800x300x16x30, dimensi balok anak atap 500x200x9x14, dimensi balok anak lantai WF 600x200x13x23, dimensi kolom beton basement 1100x1100, dimensi kolom lantai 1-14 CFT 800x800x28x28, dimensi kolom lantai 15-atap 600x600x25x25, dimensi kolom VBE CFT 800x800x28x28, dimensi HBE WF 800x300x16x30, tebal SPSW 14 mm. Shearwall basement menggunakan tebal 40 cm. Base plate menggunakan ukuran 100x100 cm. Perencanaan pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang precast diameter 100cm dengan kedalaman 29m.

Reinforced concrete structures are widely used in the construction of high-rise buildings in Indonesia. However, reinforced concrete structures have many disadvantages. For this reason, alternative planning is needed, namely planning with steel structures. Steel has ductile (not brittle) properties, which are able to deform without collapsing directly. Steel construction also has a relatively light weight than other materials and in terms of implementation time is much faster than concrete material. Steel plate shear wall is a lateral load restraint system consisting of a dense vertical steel plate that connects the beam and column around it, and is installed in one or more plates as long as the height of the structure forms a Proceedings of the 8th US National Conference on Earthquake Engineering April San Francisco). The properties of steel plate shear walls that have cyclic inelastic deformations with high initial stiffness are very suitable to reduce the earthquake load that occurs. The use of steel plate shear walls is also a solution that can be used to increase the stiffness of structures in the horizontal direction to resist lateral forces. In this final project, a re-planning of the Hutama Karya Office Tower will be carried out using Steel Plate Shear Wall and columns using a Concrete Filled Steel Tube composite column structure that meets structural safety requirements based on SNI 1729-2015, SNI 1726-2012, SNI 1727- 2013, and PPIUG 1983. From the results of the analysis that has been done, it is found that: 9 cm thick roof plate, 9 cm floor plate. dimensions of WF 600x300x14x23 roof beam, WF 800x300x16x30 floor beam, 500x200x9x14 roof beam dimensions, WF floor beam dimensions 600x200x13x23, basement concrete column dimensions 1100x1100, floor column dimensions 1-14 CFT 800x800x28x28, 15-roof floor column dimensions 600x600x25x25, dimensions VBE CFT column 800x800x40x40, dimensions of HBE WF 800x300x16x30, thickness of 14 mm SPSW. Shearwall basement uses 40 cm thick. Base plate uses a size of 100x100 cm. Planning foundation using 100cm precast piles with 29m depth.
