Abstract
Desain struktur tahan harus diterapkan terhadap bangunan infrastruktur seperti gedung, jembatan, dermaga, dan lain sebagainya guna menjamin keselamatan penghuni disekitarnya. Evaluasi struktur sangat diperlukan pada bangunan yang telah ada salah satunya dermaga (eksisting dermaga), hal tersebut dilakukan karena adanya penurunan kualitas material (degradasi material) akibat adanya korosi. Degradasi material pada dermaga selama umur layannya (service life) perlu dipertimbangkan. Jika faktor ini dibiarkan tanpa ada maintenance secara berkala dapat menyebabkan turunnya kekuatan kapasitas dari komponen struktur sehingga membahayakan keselamatan pengguna bangunan. Pada tugas akhir ini dermaga yang ditinjau adalah dermaga di Kalimantan Timur yang pada tahun 2018 ini telah berusia 43 tahun sejak pembangunan pertamanya pada tanggal 5 Juli 1975 (Synergy, 2017). Dermaga yang berguna untuk penerimaan dan penyulingan gas alam cair (Liquified Natural Gas). Evaluasi ini dimulai dengan pengamatan dan penilaian visual kondisi struktur eksisting, pengumpulan data dan beban operasional dermaga, dan membuat permodelan berdasarkan kondisi terkini. Dari data penilaian visual kondisi struktur didapatkan nilai mutu material saat ini yang nantinya dimasukkan sebagai parameter permodelan. Serta dari data As Built Drawing dapat diketahui kapasitas dari setiap komponen struktur dermaga.
Kemudian dari hasil analisa tersebut dilakukan evaluasi struktur baja dengan meninjau pengaruh dari lingkungan korosif air laut yang dapat menyebabkan degradasi dari material struktur dermaga tersebut. Harapan dari tugas akhir ini adalah mengetahui kapasitas sisa layan dermaga Loading Dock tersebut setelah berumur 43 tahun, serta mengetahui metode desain perbaikan dan perkuatan yang efisien dan dapat diterapkan guna menjaga struktur dermaga tersebut sampai umur layan (service life) yang direncanakan.

The design of resistant structures must be applied to infrastructure buildings such as buildings, bridges, docks, etc. to ensure the safety of residents around them. Structural evaluation is very necessary for existing buildings, one of which is a dock (existing dock). This is done because of a decrease in material quality (material degradation) due to corrosion. The degradation of materials on the dock during its service life needs to be considered. If this factor is left without regular maintenance, it can cause a decrease in the capacity of structural components, thus endangering the safety of building users. In this final project, the dock reviewed is the dock in East Kalimantan, which in 2018 had been 43 years old since its initial construction on July 5, 1975 (Synergy, 2017). The jetty is used for receiving and refining Liquefied Natural Gas. This evaluation begins with observing and assessing the visual condition of the existing structure, collecting data and operating expenses of the dock, and creating a model based on the current conditions. From the visual assessment data of the structural conditions, the current material quality values are obtained, which are then included as modeling parameters. In addition, from the As-Built Drawing data, the capacity of each component of the pier structure can be determined. Then, based on the results of the analysis, an evaluation of the steel structure is carried out by reviewing the effects of the corrosive seawater environment, which can cause degradation of the pier's structural materials. This final project aims to determine the remaining service capacity of the Dock Loading Dock after 43 years of operation, as well as to determine efficient repair and reinforcement design methods that can be applied to maintain the pier structure until the planned service life.
