Abstract

Daerah Irigasi Padi Pomahan secara administratif berada di wilayah Kabupaten Mojokerto, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Daerah irigais ini memanfaatkan air dari Kali Pikatan sebagai sumber air irigasinya yang diambil melalui bangunan pengambilan Bendung Padi Pomahan, luas daerah yang dilayani adalah sebesar 3.849 Ha yang terbagi atas 700 Ha mausk wilayah kerja UPT Pengairan Pugeran Kabupaten Mojokerto dan 3.149 Ha masuk wilayah kerja UPT Pengairan Tangunan Kabupaten Mojokerto. Intensitas tanam eksisting yang dicapai Daerah Irigasi (DI) Padi Pomahan sebesar 245,18% dengan pola tata tanam padi/palawija/tebu – padi/palawija/tebu – palawija/tebu. Dari hasil rencana optimasi pola tata tanam berdasarkan intensitas tanam dengan merencanakan skenario pada setiap awal bulan dilakukan rencana kegiatan awal tanam, maka diperoleh intensitas tanam sebesar 270% dengan pola tata tanam padi – jagung sayur – tebu. Perhitungan nilai Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) eksisting didapatkan sebesar 1,29 dengan keuntungan yang dihasilkan sebesar Rp 168,806,495,750,-. Sedangkan nilai Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) rencana sebesar 1,42 dengan keuntungan yang dihasilkan sebesar Rp 177,811,817,750,-. Dengan melaksanakan rencana eksploitasi dan pemeliharaan tersebut secara baik dan benar diharapkan dapat mencukupi kebutuhan air untuk meningkatkan pola tata tanam dan menghasilkan hasil produksi pertanian pada daerah irigasi padi Pomahan, Jawa Timur.

Padi Pomahan irrigation area located in the district of Mojokerto, East Java. This irrigation area utilizes water from Kali Pikatan as its irrigation water source that is taken through Padi Pomahan Dam building, the area served is 3.849 Ha which is divided into 700 Ha into the working area of the Pugeran Irrigation Unit in Mojokerto and 3.149 Ha in the UPT Mojokerto Water Resources Development. The existing planting intensity achieved by the Padi Pomahan Irrigation area is 245,18% with a pattern for planting rice/vegetable/cane – rice/vegetable/cane – vegetable/cane
From the results of the optimization plan for cropping patterns based on cropping intensity by planning scenarios at the beginning of each month an initial planting plan is carried out, the planting intensity is obtained by 270% with a pattern of planting rice – baby corn - cane. The calculation of the existing Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) value was obtained at 1.29 with the resulting profit of Rp 168,806,495,750. While the value of the Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) plan is 1.42 with the resulting profit of Rp. 177,811,817,750, -. By implementing the exploitation and maintenance plan properly and correctly, it is expected to be able to meet the water needs to increase the pattern of planting and produce agricultural produce in the Padi Pomahan irrigation area, East Java.
