Abstract
Pola penyebaran perilaku merokok dapat dijelaskan oleh model matematika.Model tersebut adalah model smoking. Pada model dijelaskan tentangdinamika populasi penyebaran perilaku merokok di daerah tersebut. Padamodel tersebut dijelaskan individu rentan dapat menjadi perokok. Perokok dapat pulih secara permanen atau sementara. Model ini memiliki dua jenis
titik kesetimbangan. Titik kesetimbangansmoking present dan smokingfree.Berdasarkan nilai parameter yang disimulasikan pada model, karakteristiknilai eigen dari titik kesetimbangan smokers exist dan bebas perokok tidak stabil. Tingkat kematian yang tinggi setiap tahun mengharuskan pemerintah melakukan upaya penurunan angka tersebut. Salah satu upaya tersebut adalah penyuluhan dan pengobatan. Penyuluhan diberikan kepada individu yang berpotensi menjadi perokok, pengobatan diberikan kepada perokok.Dalam
penelitian ini permasalahan tersebut digambarkan sebagai kontrol optimal, dengan kontrolnya adalah penyuluhan dan pengobatan. Kontrol optimal tersebut diselesaikan menggunakan metode Prinsip Minimum Pontraygin (PMP). Untuk menentukan kombinasi bobot yang dapat mengoptimalkan fungsi objektif digunakan algoritma artificial bee colony. Simulasi numerik dilakukan untuk mengetahui efek kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, pengaruh kontrol penyuluhan dan pengobatan memiliki dampak penting pada pengurangan merokok individu dan pengaruh merokok dalam populasi.

The pattern of spread smoking infuence can be explained by mathematical model. It is called smoking model. The model is explained about population dynamics of the spread smokers in
uence in an area. The model is explained characteristics of vulnerable individuals who can become smokers. A smokers can be recovered as permanently or temporaly. The model has
two kind of equilirium point. There are smokingpresent equilibrium and smokingfree equilibrium. Based on parameter value that simulate on model, the characteristic of eigen value of smokingfree equilibrium and smokingpresent equilibrium are not stable.The high mortality caused by cigarettes every year makes the government to make an effort to reduce the number. One such effort is counseling and treatment. Counseling is given to potential individual who can become smokers, treatment is given to smokers. In this study the problem was described as optimal control, with controls counseling and treatment. The optimal control was completed using the Pontryagin Minimum Principle method (PMP). Artifcial bee colony algorithm is used to determine the weight combination that can optimize the objective function. Then numerical simulation is needed to know the effect of the control. Based on the simulation results, the effect of treatment and counseling control has an important impact on reducing the number of individual smokers and smoking in uence in the population.
