Abstract
RIPPARDA Kabupaten Maluku tengah mengatakan bahwa, kawasan wisata pantai Natsepa merupakan DTW klasifikasi unggulan kelas “A” yang berarti pantai Natsepa menjadi salah satu pantai yang direkomendasi jika ke Maluku. Namun belakangan terjadinya penurunan kunjungan wisatwan dari tahun ke tahun secara fluktuatif yang cukup tajam, menunjukan menurunnya kualitas produk wisata yang dipasarkan. Tidak sesuainya harapan dan ekspektasi pengunjung terhadap pelayanan yang ada. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penelitian tentang faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan pelayanan wisata Pantai Natsepa di Kota Ambon. Proses penelitian ini menggunakan survey pendahuluan guna mengetahui keadaan eksisting lokasi studi, kemudian menentukan analisis service quality. Kepuasan pengunjung terhadap pelayanan yang dijadikan sebagai arahan peningkatan pelayanan berdasarkan persepsi pengunjung menggunakan analisa deskriptif. Harapan dari penelitian ini berupa arahan peingkatan pelayanan wisata pantai Natsepa di Kota Ambon

The Central Maluku District of RIPPARDA said that tourism area of Natesapa Beach is DTW superior classification of "A", which means that Natsepa beach is one of the recommended beaches in Maluku. But lately it very decreased for the tourist visits from year to year fluctuatively, it indicates that a decline in the quality of tourism products marketed. Because of hope and expectations of visitors to existing services are not balanced. Therefore, the research is needed on factors that influence the improvement of Natsepa Beach tourism services in Kota Ambon. The research process used a preliminary survey to determine the existing state of the research location. Then, the researcher determined the analysis of service quality. Visitor satisfaction of the service as a guidance based on visitors' perceptions used descriptive analysis. The expectation of this research is the guidance for increasing Natsepa beach tourism services in Kota Ambon
