Abstract
Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) di Indonesia memiliki peran penting dalam banyak aspek ekonomi nasional. Tetapi setiap kegiatan industri tidak hanya akan memberi dampak pada perekonomian, namun juga dampak lain yaitu lingkungan. Salah satu penyebab polusi industri adalah kehadiran industri skala kecil dalam jumlah yang besar. Bentuk komitmen perusahaan untuk menjaga lingkungan, salah satunya dengan menerapkan rantai pasok yang lebih ramah lingkungan, yang disebut Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM). Namun praktik GSCM belum banyak diterapkan di negara berkembang, khususnya pada UKM. Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) penting dan menarik untuk dieksplor dalam hal mengimplementasikan suatu sistem atau manajemen perusahaan. Terlebih lagi pada level UKM, yang mana pimpinannya memiliki peran yang sangat dominan. Penelitian ini bertujuan utama untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh komponen TPB (sikap, norma subjektif, percived behavioral control) pada pimpinan UKM terhadap praktik Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM). Serta mengidentifikasi pengaruh praktik GSCM terhadap kinerja lingkungan. Objek penelitian ini dikhususkan UKM sektor manufaktur di Surabaya. Data primer penelitian ini didapatkan dari survei menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM. Dengan melibatkan 41 responden, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap pimpinan, perceived behavioral control, niat, praktik GSCM, dan kinerja lingkungan memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan. Namun norma subjektif memiliki hubungan negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap niat. Model yang coba dibangun oleh penulis pada penelitian ini dapat berkontribusi untuk menambah wawasan baru pada bidang penelitian terkait praktik GSCM. Selain itu penelitian ini juga penting dilakukan untuk menjadi masukan bagi pemangku kepentingan untuk lebih mengetahui peran niat, sikap, perilaku pimpinan untuk menerapkan praktik GSCM

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia have an important role in many aspects of the national economy. But every industrial activity will not only have an impact on the economy, but also impacts environment. One of the causes of industrial pollution is the large number of small-scale industries. The form of the company's commitment to protect the environment, is by implementing a more environmentally friendly supply chain, called Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM). However, the practice of GSCM has not been widely applied in developing countries, especially in SMEs. Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) is important and interesting to explore in terms of implementing a system or company management. Moreover at the UKM level, where the leader has a very dominant role. This study aims to identify the influence of the components of TPB (attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control) on SME leaders towards the practice of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM). As well as identifying the effect of GSCM practices on environmental performance. The object of this research is specifically the manufacturing sector SMEs in Surabaya. Primary data of this study were obtained from the survey using a questionnaire. Data analysis using PLS-SEM. By involving 41 respondents, the results of the study showed that the attitude of the leadership, perceived behavioral control, intention, GSCM practice, and environmental performance had a positive and significant relationship. But subjective norms have a negative and not significant relationship with intention. The model that was tried to be built by the authors in this study can contribute to adding new insights to the field of research related to the practice of GSCM. In addition, this research is also important to be used as input for stakeholders to better know the role of the intention, attitude, behavior of the leader to implement GSCM practices.
