Abstract
Sebagai sarana pendidikan perguruan tinggi, kampus merupakan salah satu bangunan yang membutuhkan pengembangan, misalnya karena peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa ataupun adanya penambahan infrastruktur. Salah satu alternatif yang diperlukan adalah pembangunan gedung bertingkat maupun penambahan lantai pada bangunan tinggi yang telah terbangun. Gedung C Fakultas Perikanan dan Kelautan Universitas Airlangga memiliki 8 lantai bangunan yang akan ditambah tingkatnya sehingga menjadi 9 lantai. Satu lantai tambahan tersebut akan difungsikan sebagai perpustakaan. Sebelum melakukan penambahan lantai, dilakukan evaluasi kapasitas penampang struktur. Perhitungan kapasitas struktur mengacu pada SNI 2847-2013. Kapasitas penampang elemen struktur eksisting yang telah dihitung kemudian dibandingkan dengan gaya dalam ultimit dari hasil penambahan lantai. Apabila kapasitas penampang terpasang lebih besar dari gaya dalam ultimit, maka elemen struktur masih kuat. Namun, apabila kapasitas penampang terpasang lebih kecil dari gaya dalam ultimit, maka elemen struktur tersebut tidak mampu menahan beban dan membutuhkan perkuatan. Untuk menambah kapasitas elemen struktur digunakan perkuatan CFRP berdasarkan ACI 440.2R-17 (Guide for Design and Construction of Externally Bonded FRP Systems for Strengthening Concrete Structures). Setelah dilakukan analisa akibat penambahan lantai, didapatkan bahwa struktur masih memenuhi persyaratan dinamis struktur. Namun, pada analisa kapasitas kekuatan struktur didapatkan bahwa elemen pelat lantai tidak mampu menahan gaya dalam ultimit yang terjadi sehingga diperkuat menggunakan Sika CarboDur S512. Pada elemen struktur balok juga ditemukan ketidakmampuan dalam menahan gaya geser yang terjadi sehingga dilakukan perkuatan menggunakan Sika Wrap 231C pada daerah tumpuan. Rencana anggaran biaya perkuatan struktur yang diperoleh sebesar Rp878.759.173,94 dengan durasi pekerjaan perkuatan selama 17 hari.

As a higher education facility, a campus is one of the buildings that requires development due to factors such as an increase in the number of students or the addition of infrastructure. One alternative solution is the construction of high-rise buildings or the addition of floors to existing high-rise buildings. Building C of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Airlangga University, consists of 8 floors and will be expanded to 9 floors. The additional floor will function as a library. Before adding the floor, an evaluation of the structural cross-section capacity was carried out. The structural capacity calculation refers to SNI 2847-2013. The calculated cross-sectional capacity of the existing structural elements was then compared with the ultimate internal forces resulting from the floor addition. If the installed cross-sectional capacity is greater than the ultimate internal force, the structural elements are considered adequate. However, if the installed cross-sectional capacity is smaller than the ultimate internal force, the structural elements are inadequate and require strengthening. To increase the capacity of structural elements, CFRP reinforcement was used based on ACI 440.2R-17 (Guide for Design and Construction of Externally Bonded FRP Systems for Strengthening Concrete Structures). After analyzing the effects of the additional floor, it was found that the structure still met the dynamic structural requirements. However, the structural strength capacity analysis showed that the floor slab elements were unable to withstand the ultimate internal forces, requiring strengthening using Sika CarboDur S512. The beam structural elements were also unable to withstand the occurring shear forces, so strengthening using Sika Wrap 231C was applied in the support areas. The obtained structural strengthening budget plan was Rp878,759,173.94 with a strengthening work duration of 17 days.
